Une odeur terrible de cigarette dans l appartement. Insupportable ! On a eu beau aérer dès notre arrivée et laisser la fenetre ouverte 3h de temps rien à faire! Ça puait ! Alors que nous avions bien coché non fumeur!

Not suitable accommodation for a short stay. No manager on site authorised to resolve problems.

Parking was available on premises. linen and bathroom was overall clean. in general the apartment was spacious and light, however furnishings were largely outdated and in need of renovation (thus not good enough value for money). Receptionist was polite.

wifi failed to connect on apple mac laptops which was disastrous to the functionality during our short stay ... the wifi dropped every couple of minutes persistently .... despite outreach to customer service technician via telephone who in good faith tried, but could not resolve the issue during our short stay.

The room was clean and cozy. Parking in front of the building is very convenient - no special surveillance tho. Comfortable beds.

The breakfast wasn’t too bad. There were stuff I could eat

The entire hotel was so dirty with cab webs everywhere. Even in front on the reception and with the fact that there were children with me I would say it wasn’t child friendly

Great value stay with amazing room but mediocre facilities

The room was amazing, lots of space, kitchen area was very practical (stove, microwave, fridge) and I could cook my first homecooked meal of the trip! Foldout bed in studio exceeded my expectations and was as good as a normal bed.

Most of the fitness equipment at the gym was broken/unusable. In the common floor (where the laundry/gym/breakfast is), the floor is cracking and the ceiling is exposed and it feels a bit dangerous (its probably fine)

The housekeeping was terrible. on my first stay here, I had to go to three rooms before finding one that had been clean. On my second stay, there were no towels in the room. And since there is no staff after 7pm and I came after that, I couldn’t get any towels until after 9 am when the desk opened. I do not recommend every staying here

Good location, comfortable, good value, reasonably well equipped, excellent communication prior to stay.

Sheets clean but rest of apartment not as clean as should have been.

We were very disappointed by the quality of the apart-hotel

Location is good, size of the rooms is good.

Parking: they charge 12 Euros for a car park which is on the street and it is not guarded. They don't say this when you do the booking, but when you are there the recepcionist explains that they cannot respond from what you leave in the car. Bedroom: it was quite dirty and smelly. We had to open the window doors to get rid of the smell. The smell was actually coming from the bathroom, but it was all over the room. Also, it was in quite poor conditions: the paper on the wall was broken, the doors to some kitchen cupboards were also broken, the sofa bed as well, ... Breakfast: very weak, not many options to eat, and the actual access to the breakfast room was in rather poor condition.

In the description of the Residence there was no mention of a 300 euros deposit. During my calls with the reception or our exchanged e-mails, no one has ever mentioned that. The morning of our arrival, after sending our ids, I received a notification from my bank saying that the hotel has tried to withdraw 300 euros from the card i used to pay for the stay, without even asking first (thankfully that was blocked by my bank). When we arrived there and asked about it, i was told that they needed a deposit. Well after a 7 hours drive, i did not have the energy nor the will to argue with them. Well I don't know wether that deposit is payed by everyone, or is it as "Random" as the airport checks, however what I know is that it is really dishonest from them to try to block money without asking eventhough we communicated a lot (phone and emails) before our arrival. And to notify you about this deposit only on arrival when you do not really have a choice but to do it.

I'd confirmed two beds but the room was a double and with no one on site, it was not possible to change.

Good for the price, but don't expect much. Expensive breakfast.

Good value for 4 people.

Breakfast on weekends is a bunch of things from the supermarket delivered in your room, not worth the price. Dishwasher didn't work, kept beeping for unknown reasons since there's no instructions. Rubbish has to be taken care of when you leave and there's no place for glass.
