Disappointing hotel with no parking but excellent breakfast

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices from hot to cold breakfast items, fruits, cereals, etc. The room had nice modern furnishing.

This hotel has no parking, and no EV charging areas anywhere nearby. Our room was excessively hot, with poor ventilation. Extra bed we requested was not set up. Check in procedure was confusing. Half-board dinner was low quality, would not recommend it for families on vacation. View from the room was obstructed by a red conference building next to the hotel. Hotel location is not exactly in central Harstad, but a bit outside of it.

Pleasant

The sweets they advertised before dinner was one piece of cake. The dinner had four salads one choice of potatoes and one type of meat (chicken thigh and leg). The room was very hot and we had to sleep with the windows open. Noticed other rooms that also had windows open.

Nice people, nice food, uncomfortable bad and noisy room.

The location of the hotel is very good. The food is really good! The personal is very friendly.

The look out of the window from room wasn‘t that good. There were big tubes and ventilators. The noise was all day long and all night long hearable in the room. That wasn‘t so nice, most of all during the night. The beds were uncomfortable, it was only a very thin mat on the bed. The back is hurting after one night already.

Rather nice stay

Seems like we’ve been lucky with a refurbished room. Breakfast was nice but lacked a bit a fruits option. The room for the breakfast can be quite crowded, especially on weekends. We had the dinner buffet once, it was very nice (we were a bit skeptical judging from the previous comments but that was a good surprise)

Exactly what we needed.

A very nice room with comfortable beds. Location on waterfront was lovely. Breakfast and dinner included was a huge bonus.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel!

Very helpful and friendly staffs at reception. The dinner buffet was great and all the food get refilled right after it finished. The sauna, little hidden gem of the hotel!

A very good chive for one or two nights

Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious room, good breakfast, complimentary coffee in the afternoon, and a buffet dinner included.

Nothing to complain. Even the weather was great! ;)
