Hotel needs refurb and more attention to detail i.e. 1st room half the curtains were down etc

Helpful lady on Reception made check in simple.

Facilities very average as you would expect at motorway services. No plug in sink, one was supplied when requested but it didn't fit. No proper breakfast available, just fast food at services. Both bedside lights on one switch not helpful.

Hat gepasst für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise zu diesem Preis.

Zimmer war ok, Betten bequem, Abwicklung und Bezahlung reibungslos.

Fenster war leider zum LKW-Parkplatz mit Dauerbrummen der Klimageräte

La gentillesse de la réceptionniste, la proximité avec la grande route et en 30min arrivé au shuttle.

Nous avions une chambre pour 3 personnes, il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de toilettes, nous avons du déplier le canapé lit et mauvaises surprise, le matelas était tellement fin qu'on sentait toutes les barres et ressorts.. J'ai fini par mettre le matelas par terre pour essayer de dormir... Et l'impression d'être vraiment en proximité avec les voisins.. Hotel vieillissant dommage..

Receptionist offered to move us but my husband was very tired it was all to much for him at 84 years old

Very very unpleasant and traumatising.

Location fine as was the staff.

Location fine as was the staff. The condition and the cleanliness, was awful! The decor and the overall condition of the room made my daughter's actually cry! They couldn't have baths as the enamel was coming away from the bottom of the bath and it was sharp. The bathroom stank of urine and the remote for the TV was full of dead skin as well as there being no back to it. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone again after our last stay

Convenient & spacious room at a reasonable price

The room was spacious and clean, well equipped with tea/coffee maker & tea and coffee bags, the shower had a good temperature.

It got a bit hot at night and there was no air-con; however, we found a fan which helped.

People awake in the night as it was waking me up and making the dog bark as he was worried about if someone was coming in the room.

Valve for money. Free parking Wi-Fi. Hot shower

Room was clean bigger than other hotels. And the price we will be back. Free parking. And Wi-Fi. 👍👍👍 That have pay at other places

. At the service station. Not much choice to eat. Unless like McDonald’s. Eat before if don’t.

Un établissement fort sympathique, propre, une équipe très aussi serviable, il n'y a pas eu besoin de batailler pour avoir le lit d'appoint bébé. Une literie confortable et même du thé et du café en sachet à disposition dans la chambre. Que demande le peuple !

Convenient location - good car park - friendly receptionist - clean room - excellent shower

Not the hotel's fault but the facilities in the service centre next door are poor. OK if you like McDonalds. Costa closed early as well

A very pleasant break from the motorway

Easy access from the car park with double automatic doors Quiet and plush atmosphere Attentive (always present) staff Rooms spacious and well-furnished - bathroom with bath Heating easily controlled Macdonalds, Costa Coffee and WH Smiths nearby

room was very spacious and clean. beds was comfy and the shower gel and.shower was perfect.

the booking in staff was very rude i had booked online via yourself and i requested to pay on arrival wanting to pay cash when i arrived she automatically tried to take the money from the bank account i put on booking. she showed me a sign at checkin saying card payment only and said i should i no.

Terrible place to stay

The bed was laid nicely that was it.

99% of everything I hated. The room stunk of pee. The bedroom was awful. I will never book again. The bad smell of the room, the discolouration of bath. The pee smell of the bathroom and the whole room. Waste of my money

Great location after returning from France.

Good clean room. Had a long drive back from an event in France, so was good location near to Eurotunnel.
