Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal

Am Feiertag gab es frische Beeren zum Joghurt, Spiegeleier und Sekt— sehr lecker. Leider war am 2. Tag das alles nicht mehr da und das Brot war auch nicht frisch. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Balkon zum Pool. Wir durften nach dem auschecken unser Auto noch stehen lassen und auch noch den Pool nutzen. Das fanden wir sehr nett.

Der Shuttle Service sollte öfter gehen, sind oft 2 Stunden dazwischen. Frühstück im Freien wäre schön!

Sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und schönen Pools

Die Herzlichkeit des Personals war wirklich toll. Sehr aufmerksam! Der Whirlpool am Dach war sehr schön und auch der Pool im Garten. Das Deluxe Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön. Einen Wein gab es als Willkommensgeschenk. Dazu waren im Bad viele Pflege Artikel vorhanden!

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und ich glaube dadurch Spinnen im Bad und im Schlafzimmer und ich habe wahnsinnige Angst. Das hat meinen Wellness Faktor etwas geschmälert. Sonst war alles immer super sauber!

Comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful! Good food at the hotel and very accommodating! Fresh towels everyday! Beds were comfy and great views from outside by pool area! We were dropped to the bus service for free no extra charge! Amazing hotel and very reasonable! I will be back to stay again in the future!

Great staff, great location and facilities, breakfast was better than expected lots of options, good drink options at bar and staff very nice, room cleaned everyday

Rooms were very noisy any time any other guest left their rooms or moved chairs etc in rooms could hear everything, woke up a few times with the nose of other guests coming in and out of their rooms.

Nice stay with great location, will definitely book again

Breakfast, location and swimming pool with roof jacuzzi.

The room was too hot , although I requested a cool room when I booked but still put me in the hottest room of the hotel. After two nights of not sleeping at all , I asked them again to move rooms. And they did. Apparently all staff members in the hotel know that 207 is the hottest room !!

Very nice stay

We spent four nights at the hotel and were very satisfied. The hotel is nicely and modernly equipped. It has its own free parking outside and in the underground garage. It is located about a ten-minute walk from the main promenade and the lake, a gentle hill. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast good and varied. The pool and rooftop whirlpool with a nice view are great. The room is cozy with a small balcony, we were lucky to have a view of the lake. The bathroom was small, but equipped. On the day of departure, it was not a problem to stay after check-out until the afternoon at the pool, there is also a shower including soap and a towel - we appreciated that very much. We recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

The bed's mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of opinion. I recommend working on the details that the ****hotel should look at - the scratched wall next to the bed, the creaking door handle from the bathroom and the dirty cover of a book with information about the hotel.

Grate value for money!

Walking distance from the centrer, comfortable , clean room, polite staff, good food, specially i liked gala dinner what was organized by hotel. Nice view from the roof floor with reating area and warm jacuzzi.

We had amazing trip around Garda lake - you should do the same when come in this nice place.

This Hotel is not for away from Garda lake. Our room was cozy and with balcony, so it was nice view to the mountains. Rooms are very clean, breakfast small, but good. They have swimming pool and teracce in the hotel. So I could recommend this nice place for your holidays for sure.

Perfect Stay

The Hotel Eden does deserve 5 stars . We stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the facility and the room was very clean . I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday with flowers, champagne and a cake . I ve called the property if they would arrange something like that and they did a fantastic job . The flowers were beautiful, the cake was delicious and the champagne was great. We Will be definitely coming back again !!!
