Schöner Urlaub

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Parkplätze waren direkt am Hotel verfügbar und kostenfrei. Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Falls man Fahrräder mitbringt, gibt es einen Abstellraum.

Klimaanlage konnte bei uns nicht eingestellt werden. Der Pool war ab 9Uhr schon mit Handtüchern reserviert, sodass man um liegen kämpfen muss. Nachmittags war es quasi unmöglich eine zu bekommen. Die liegen waren sehr unbequem und oft auch defekt.

Romantik-Suite ohne Romantik-Charme _ Aufpreis für teuerste Zimmerkategorie hat sich nicht gelohnt.

Der Pool draußen und die Größe des Bades in der "Romantik-Suite". Es wurde ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet geboten. An der Rezeption wurde sogar deutsch gesprochen. Es gab 2 Balkone.

Whirlpoolfunktion der Badewanne war unbrauchbar bzw. äußerst unhygienisch. Regedusche spritzte bis zur Decke. Nur ein Schrank zum teilen mit Partner, Kühlschrank und Safe und man konnte nur die Hälfte des schrankes schließen, so daß die Putzfrau für den Kühlschrank im prinzip ebenfalls immer Zugriff zur Kleidung hatte. Auf den Balkonen fehlten eindeutig saubere und stabile Möbel genauso wie Standardmässig immer ein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung stehen sollte, damit man seine Badesachen auch mal hätte trocknen können. Alter Fernseher mit kaputter Fernbedienung. Im Poolbereich lockere fast fahrlässig angebrachte Leitern und im Indoorpool zu viel Chlor, hatten anschließend Probleme mit der Haut. Fazit: Alles nur "Kleinigkeiten", die sich aber summierten. Außer das mit dem Whirlpool im Zimmer, der das Zimmer ja eigentlich teurer machte, aber nicht nutzbar war, aufgrund der schwarzen Flocken, die freigegeben wurden. Also es reicht auch ein "billigeres" Zimmer, da hat man dann auch teilweise den direkten Zugang zum Außenpool und seine eigenen Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse.

Exceptional place

Our stay was really wonderful. Starting from very nice and professional staff followed by beautiful hotel and room. The atmosphere was really exceptional and I would definitely return back. Thank you very much for such an experience and continue jour excellent job. :)

Nice and clean rooms. Great pool.

AC in the rooms didn't work. The staff claimed it's because of new laws. The room was hot. I had to sleep near the window because of it. Gym is not really a gym. Treadmill didn't work, bike was old and no weights in the gym. In addition the gym was available only 3 hours during the day because it's inside rhe spa

Superb

Great hotel to kick off your shoes and relax. The pool is large and the restaurant was very good with some of the most friendly staff I've come across. Room was fine and the bathroom was exceptional.

The bed was very comfy, the pool and facilities were lovely and the staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent.

Very good Value. I can defenetly recommend this Hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are modern and clean. From some balconys you can see the lake
