Une adresse ou on se sent bien et bienvenue, personnel aux petits soins

La gentillesse du personnel avant tout. Restaurants au top, d'éducation spéciale à Emily et son équipe. Cuisine varié. Sa situation sur la petite crique, suffisamment de chaiselongues et parasols, la piscine chauffée, l'arrêt de bus à 2 pas, les petits attentions (nous avons obtenu un upgrade)

Jacuzzi trop froid, internet pas stable dans la chambre, le spa: pas de zone repos pour le sauna et hammam.. Prix des traitements obscur et prohibitif... il faut s'asseoir pour comprendre, puis marchander ... nous avons préféré s'abstenir.

- The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide selection. - Free parking facilities were provided and were extremely convenient. - The rooms were spacious, had a balcony, and were very well cleaned. - The beach and the sea were beautiful and clean. - The staff at the pool bar were very kind and attentive, making the stay enjoyable.

I would like to address my experiences during my stay with you: Anyone who wants to sleep in a bit during their holidays is in the wrong place. The sun loungers are already reserved between 6 and 8 in the morning, leaving later guests with only seats at the back of the resort. Interestingly, throughout the day, 2/3 of the sun loungers remain unoccupied, with towels being used to reserve them. The service at the lobby bar left much to be desired. The staff seemed fully focused on the All-Inclusive guests, being less proactive and rather reluctant when it came to taking additional orders. One had to insist and allow for enough time until the drinks were served. Another example: Even though the bar was open until midnight, there was no espresso available at 11:30 PM as the coffee machine had already been cleaned. Guest mix: It was noticeable that many Russian guests were present, resulting in an imbalance in the guest composition. This was our observation. I hope that these specific points will help you further improve the resort and create a more positive experience for your guests.

excellent staff!!! food was amazing easy access to the most beautiful beach of Pernera kids club and its flexibility a plus.

-a slighly small room if the stay involves a baby or babies. But inside there is everything you need for 3-4 days stay. -ac in kids club required.

Loved the friendliness of the staff, the hotel itself is beautiful, excellent location, loved being able to go between the beach, pool and hotel!

Perfect gateways for couples

Property is amazing, they have all facilities to have a vacation. Also there were beach towels and we could alway found some sun beds even if we came in the afternoon. Beach is super nice not that many people and water is clean and amazing. Stuff is super friendly and always there to help. We also got a beach bag as a present and bottle of champagne. Breakfast is as great too, we were coming kinda late at 9:30 (breakfast till 10) there was still plenty of food and coffee is great. If you not going for all inclusive option (as we) there are couple cafes in hotel where you can get food for appropriate price (portions are huge). Before we came we wanted to explore island, but it was so nice in the hotel so we were like „why to go to another beach if our beach is great“ and spent there 5 days in a row.

Maybe location vise it’s a bit far from city (like 15-20 min by walk) and not really nice surroundings, like pathways and so on. But that didn’t concerned us that much.

The Best Place Ever

This is the most wonderful place I have extra stayed at. It is an amazing place. The location, the facilities, the food, the kindness of the staff. The atmosphere. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed but they had packed dinners for us. A bowl of fruit, fizz and a beach bag gift. It was my husbands birthday and they baked a cake, another bottle of fizz and more fruit. It was so lovely we didn’t want to leave but we will be back!!

Staff was very attentive and accommodating.Breakfast buffet was excellent. From my sea view room, I could see both sunrise and sunset.

Bathrobes were a bit frayed.

The staff make this hotel extra special, always happy and very hard working. Great service!

We really enjoyed our stay.This is an Excellent Hotel, very friendly staff. Great food and drink. Never had a problem finding sunbeds. The beach was very clear and great for diving.We will be back ASAP!

Crystal reason to come back again

Great location with a lush tropical garden and sun beds & screens under palms on grass included in price. Beautiful sea bay to swim. Friendly and helpful staff. Sumptuous and very tasty breakfast choice, on top of our previous stays´ experience including fresh orange juice. Nice choice also for lunches with fresh fish of the day on the list. Big and varied choice for dinners, often including a sushi corner. Music performances during dinner time, especially from piano player Pavlos.

Relaxing and rejuvenating

The views from the pool were excellent, the grounds are stunning, nothing is too much for the staff the beach is beautiful

The beds aren't amazing, we had 2 singles put together, the main reception of the hotel isn't eye catching, whilst very clean I'd say the hotel needs some updating to its decor

Superb

Great beach next to a beautiful lagoon. Beautiful and very well maintained outside premises with sunbeds. Food was amazing with so many options available. Live music during dinner time. Overall, very happy with our stay at this hotel. I definitely suggest to book a sea view room.

Very loud music in the evenings (live performances etc, which is actually a very great thing, but this could be an issue if you are staying with a small baby who goes to sleep quite early.) Very soft mattresses.

Everything was amazing very nice and friendly staff thank you Sylvia and Adriena from lobby excellent service and professional!! Very nice gardens beautiful views from the rooms over the garden and sea. Thanks to the cleaning lady's and all the others all were very nice and professional thank you for amazing stay !!

I found the bed's a litte to soft and a bit outdated furniture but this is the smallest issue. Compared with all the other facilities and everything else is perfect. if this helps the hotel maybe to take in consideration for the future !!

The hotel was great. Good breakfast with wide variety. Very nice pool area and bay upfront seems fun (unfortunately due to stormy weather we didn't get to enjoy them 😏). Overall Good value for the price paid.

Location is a bit far out to the north but for us it worked well as we meant to tour down south from there and circle the island. Note: If you arrive off season seems there's not much to do around the hotel in winter time so just plan to come in season and enjoy your vacation at best 😃
