An excellent hotel experience

Location is great - very close to Semyeon subway station and in the centre of Semyeon area. The room and facilities are excellent, bedding very comfortable, the room spacious and very clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to stay here.

La habitación estaba medio sucia, nos encontramos una ciruela en la mesa y una mancha un tanto sospechosa… además el baño daba grima y cuando te duchas, el agua va al desagüe del lavamanos. Vamos, el suelo del baño todo encharcado. La atención de los recepcionistas bastante mediocre. Indican que se puede cambiar dinero, la primera vez nos lo hicieron a boleo y cuando volvimos a pedir cambio al día siguiente, nos dijeron que no ofrecen ese tipo de servicios. Todo muy raro.

ロケーションが良い、受付のスタッフが日本語で対応してくれて依頼にも応じてくれた、ラウンジがあり自由に使える、荷物の計量器がある、街中なのに部屋がとても静かだった、毎日ベッドシーツやタオルの交換などしてくれた、近くのカフェの20%OFFクーポンをくれた

Convenient location

Good location near Seomyeon Station, but you need to climb stairs unless you're willing to walk from exit 12. Lots of restaurants and nightlife activities are nearby. The room was quiet as windows were double glazed

Bathtub drained onto the floor, but it was fine for me. Laundry is at the rooftop, so you'll be to climb stairs a bit with all your laundry (no elevator access)

Worth it for convenient location

Good location near the main shopping area, convenient to access with clear signs from the main road. Breakfast was not included, and space is abit small. But overall worth it for the price.

Fine for the reduced price and last minute availability!

Location was very central in a really popular area with lots around to do and really close to the sunway. The room was fine for the reduced price actually paid, free extras in the room to use were nice and good air-conditioning which was absolutely needed.

It was fairly dated decor in some parts, walls and floor/tiles seemed yellowed or aged but it was fine, not dirty, just not very pretty. Lastly the walls and ceiling were paper thin, difficult to sleep hearing neighbours coming in late from partying nearby mo doubt! The staff were pleasant and friendly though!

it was overall good mainly because of the location. but there r many other hotels nearby

location is really central

there was NO breakfast. there was no kettle in our room to heat water. we hadto ask for one. or even a common area with a microwave. there r rooms with cracked/ leaking tubs.

Very good

I liked getting the bottles of water each day. As well as bathroom item such as the toothpaste, shower gell, ... A tv with netflix was a great extra for the evening.

-location. There are many food places and shops -worth the price -warm water -comfy beds and pillows -air con and heated floor -luggage storage -laundry available

-no breakfast available -no lounge

Pleasant

- even though street is party place nothing was heard inside the room - helpful workers

- smell of mold and old, couldn't breathe and since I'm sensitive to smells I will not pick this place ever again - no liquid soap in bathroom - building is old and a bit shady, photos on reservation must have been from much earlier times for this room which was a bit of unpleasant surprise - doors sometimes got stuck and need to spend more time to close it correctly

Superb

Good bed. Small but good rooms. Great value when discounted. My experience was that they reduce room rates on booking.com as you get closer to the night you want.
