Fabulous hotel in the heart Tunis

The Hotel is very near to the Medina. Its also a mix of historic and modern. The hotel also offers a fantastic view. The breakfast is amazing as well.

There are some guests who smoke in their room and it sometimes go in our room.

Nous réservons une chambre grand lit Résultat la réception nous donne une chambre lit de 140 , je reviens en demandant une chambre grand lit pour 2 lits , le réceptionniste me dit impossible tout est complet Je regarde sur booking et je m aperçois qu il était possible d avoir des chambres pour cet hôtel ce jour là Je reviens à la réception en disant que l hôtel n est pas complet et qu il y a des chambres grand lit et qu il se foutait de moi en me disant que l hôtel était complet, j avais la 430 , il m a donné la 432 juste à coté grand lit …..pas correcte Ensuite il y a une discothèque en bas, bruit jusqu’à 3 h du matin etc Insonorisation de la chambre nul , écoulement, bruit de chambre voisine etcc J avais réservé 4 nuits, je suis parti à la 2 eme Hôtel à éviter

スタンダードルームの予約をキャンセルし、バルコニー付きの部屋に予約し直したのですが、大正解だったと思います。バルコニーからのメインロードの並木道の眺望、広いバスルーム（バスタブ付き）、朝食のクオリティー、スタッフのホスピタリティ、文句なしです。 3つ星ホテルとのことですが、個人的には5つ星です。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

強いて言えば、です。宿泊費1泊分がチェックイン前に一度請求されると聞いてましたが、二度にわたり請求され、戸惑いました。ホテル側のミスだったと、チェックイン時に謝罪されました。チェックイン前に、確認したいことや、到着予定時刻を知らせるメッセージを送信しましたが、返信がきたのはチェックアウト後でした。フリーWi-Fiの接続が不安定で、しばしば途切れました。

Gran opción en Túnez

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en la calle principal, con lo cual se pueden coger taxis desde la misma puerta. Llegamos a las 2 de la mañana y nos dejaron hacer el check in sin problema y el día de salida nos guardaron las maletas hasta que tuviéramos que ir al aeropuerto. El desayuno buffet muy variado y con productos típicos.

Séjour très agréable je recommande vraiment.

Nous avons aimé le personnel qui était au petit soin pour les clients souriant tres accueillant et à l’écoute. La literie est propre et tres confortable. La salle de bain était spacieuse et propre.

Il manque juste du rangement dans la chambre.

The hotel is nice and I advise you to take accommodation there but its cost is also not cheap.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is in the main city street and close to the old market. The breakfast is also excellent and provide many types of food/ The room is clean and nice.

WIFI and internet connection needs to be improved. It is weak. Also, the air conditioning in the rooms is weak. It was very hot and it took long time to reduce the temperature and the temperature inside the room remains high.

Un séjour tranquille, agréable, merci pour tout.

Un hôtel ancestral,toujours a la page,et recherchant le bien-être de ses clients, très sympa la statue assise à l'entrée, je l'ai apprivoisé!!!biensur hôtel bien situé sur l'avenue habib bourguiba. C'est la 1ère fois,que j'y séjourne, mais vraiment classe.la calligraphie arabesque sur les murs,donne un cachet spécial au Carlton tunis,j'ai adoré !! Le petit déjeuner est bien généreux, et cette petite balance n'était pas une mauvaise idée, surtout pour ceux qui font une diète !!!enfin,je lui souhaite une longue vie,et persévérance.

Une seule chose,la boite de nuit en face aux fenêtres côté latérale à la rue...le dimanche soir,heureusement d'ailleurs...peut être pensé à une meilleure isolation sonore...

au coeur de boulevard Bourguiba

la localisation est parfaite près de tout aéroport marche supermarché c t super , plus le petit déjeuner et parfait aussi

le personnel est trop déniant et pas trop accueillant il tard pour le check in et des fois c interdit de ramener du manger je ne sais pas pourquoi. le lit double est trop petit je préfère une chambre de deux lit pour un couple car vous pouvez le rassembler .

Buena ubicación. Decepcionante personal. Mala calidad del desayuno. Almohadas muy malas.

Desayuno con productos de baja calidad. El personal del restaurante era muy escaso y no hacía su trabajo. Personal de recepción nada resolutivo y sin ningún interés para dar algo de información turística. Instalaciones limpias pero viejas.

it was good and comfort

the location is perfect as it is in the Al Habib Boraqiba street and so close to the old city. the area is alive and safe. lots of cafes around. the breakfast is normal not excellent, the room is beautiful and clean, just exactly as the photos

Super friendly staff. We arrived at 3:00am after a long flight delay, checked in without a problem and they gave us a 1:00pm checkout. Breakfast was a huge, varied, and delicious buffet. Excellent shower. Prime location on Tunis' main walking boulevard.

Tunis explorations!

The hotel is very good located in the city center so you are quickly connected to the train or louage station. Also around 25 mins by taxi to Sidi Bou Saïd. The room itself was great with a comfortable bed and all included what you need to rest from a tired exploration trip!

The sealing of the shower door was a bit weak so it could happen in worst-case that the bathroom ground is under water which is a bit annoying
