Hyvä ja edullinen hotelli.

Aamiainen oli todella maukas ja monipuolinen. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä, mutta respan poika kantoi kassimme seuravaan kerrokseen. Turvallinen parkkipaikka ja sujuva maantieyhteys moottoritielle.

Superb

The staff were excellent. The hotel was easy to find and parking secure.

It was a 20-30minute walk to find the nearest restaurant. A lot of places were closed but this isn't the fault of the hotel. We could have eaten at the hotel but they didn'y offer vegetarian.

Homeward trip

Location great for motorway access , restaurant was great served us a lovely evening meal. Good selection for breakfast

Weather was quite hot and room had no Aircon but could open windows as quite noisy outside

Pleasant enough stay, clean and good value for money.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice pillows. Looked as though the bathroom has been recently renovated, which was nice. The shower had a great anti-slip surface. The breakfast was really good, plenty of selection, and fresh fruit salad!!! Staff was very friendly, check-out was smooth. Secured parking was nice.

The location was not good, at least not for our purposes as we were there as tourists visiting Reims. We ended up at this hotel by accident due to mix-up booking another hotel. It's outside Reims center, no restaurants or shops near-by and it's in the middle of an industrial setting. The shower and bathroom were very small.

Good spot for a stop over on way to Alps

Easy to find, near petrol station and motorway. Easy stop off en route to continent

Budget hotel - very comfy, near the city and the motorway. Very good restaurant although not open on a Sunday (our return trip)

Really nice, clean and modern. Great value for money!

Clean, very well priced, comfy, quiet and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the outskirts of town but still close enough to everything, probably would need a car though, it may be a bit of a walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. On-site secure free parking too! The buffet breakfast was excellent and the Hotel has an actual restaurant which was packed so it must have been popular. Wifi was great.

Reduced staffing for whatever reason seems to have impacted greatly on our stay

Reception staff Thursday, Friday evening and Saturday morning

Breakfast on first Morning - buffet almost empty and filthy look received from Member of staff when asked for food to be topped up Restaurant closed Friday evening,told I had been emailed about closure but had not, only mention was same as online information stating open until 9 Friday evening. Resulting in having to go via taxi (expensive) and walk back, both myself and partner have mobility issues. Saturday breakfast again buffet running out, more people than tables BUT the one member of staff did everything she could to restock, while answering phone and dealing with reception

Disappointing

Great price if all had been as expected. Secure parking was a bonus.

I spoke French to the staff as best as I could and expected then to respond cordially, however they spoke super fast as I tried to understand. I asked then to slow down but nothing. The toilet door couldn't be secured closed. The mattress had collapsed down one side and the neighbouring tyre centre left the compressor running all night.

we stayed there for 5 nights and they never changed our bedsheets. They didn’t give us tissue when it finished. People outside of our room were smoking and the smell was coming to our room.

Very easy to access with free car park

Lovely staff couldn't wish for nicer people. Some English translation on signage Exceptionally clean throughout Disabled person's bathroom was perfect Nice breakfast Well lit and well signed car park and night access facility - felt safe Secure gated car park Close to autoroute and many large shops and restaurants just 5min drive Reasonable price Comfy bed Quick reply to messages/enquiries Quiet after 11pm Looks like a nice bar ambience for an evening drink (we were too late) Dogs allowed Breakfast fine, not exceptional but value for money Most things below could be very easily sorted, this is a good place to stay!

No late bar No air con (window had to stay shut as ground floor) air fan provided was noisy but did the job No kettle/tray in the room Double Bed hard up against a wall so no side table, light or socket for me (a shelf would do) No vending machine for cold water/Coffee had to drink bathroom tap water Exposed electrics in one place in room (not capped off) No info about restaurant opening hours available in advance (it closes at 9pm mon-fri not open weekends) Our door lock on room 2 a bit awkward until you discover the trick (pull door towards you when locking) No info on confirmation about whether stay was in building A or building B which is completely separate along the road, they are not far apart but it's not that obvious at night! and gate code doesn't work on both building gates so a bit scary. Hotel signage a bit hard to detect at night also as its not lit. Once you're in its fine.you 8

Overall good except unacceptable noise from tyre factory outside room at rear of hotel.

The hotel location was easy to get to off motorway. Staff were helpful. Room was good (but see below comments). Breakfast was very good. Adequate choice of eating facilities in immediate area.

Given the very warm weather at this time (and no air con unit or fan in the room) we needed to sleep with the window wide open overnight. However, the vehicle tyre replacement facility/unit outside the bedroom window omitted very loud 'air release-type' noise at 15 minute intervals from the moment we arrived and throughout the night. This loud noise would periodically both startle and wake us at regular times during the night.
