Schönes Hotel..Die Lage leicht versteckt ,gute Ausschilderung .Zimmer ausreichend und sehr sauber.Bad mit Wanne zum Duschen ,nicht modern.

Bad mit Dusche wäre schöner so müsste man in die Badewanne steigen und hatte nur eine Handbrause. Winziger Balkon .Blick auf den Berg war schön,nur nach unten sollte man nicht schauen.Hinterhof .

Good quiet location, but just passing acceptable.

Good room size and a quiet and safe neighborhood. Nice breakfast.

They entered our room to exchange a balcony door without notification. Additionally they forgot to close the door so this was open (probably) all day long having our belongings not safe.

Very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had two rooms booked and both rooms we like an adjoining suite with access for only us. I really liked this. We had great privacy. The rooms and bathrooms were bright, modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Both rooms had a very well stocked mini bar. The staff were friendly and spoke English which really helped as we have zero Bulgarian🫣 Breakfast was fabulous. A good mix of hot and cold food and lots of pastries. The coffee was great and there were several fresh juices to choose from.

It was much further away from Sofia airport than I thought and in a dark, residential area and the view outside wasn’t great. If staying for a longer time this might have been an issue but overnight was no problem 🤷‍♀️

the breakfast was too basic, and the room where it was served was NOT GOOD at all … too small an only few tables, and food was cold. Maybe this was due to the fact that restaurant was closed…maybe

Gem of a hotel

Its a small gem of a hotel, conveniently tucked away in one of the streets next to one of the busiest boulevards of Sofia. It provides parking lot and everything is good and in order.

Breakfast was very good but exactly the same everyday. It would be good if they bring some variety.

Tea/coffee sachets were very less. Not enough for even one beverage per day for each member.

Very happy customer

The room was exactly how it is in the pictures. Very clean and nice. There were a few small damages from previous people who stayed there but nothing major. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Every morning we passed from reception they would smile and say good morning :) The cleaning lady would come every day to clean and make the beds which was great! Location is good. Not far from metro. Its not very central but you had the possibility to go wherever you wanted with the metro!

The only downside was the breakfast. I feel that if the breakfast is served until 10 then all food must be available until that time (meaning to refill if something has finished). Since we were a family and it took us time to get ready and go to the breakfast, we would go down at 9:30 ( we only need 30 min anyway to eat) and there was times we would not find things to eat (eggs were gone, no more bread etc). If this was taken in consideration and fixed then I would say the hotel is awesome!!
