Maravilhoso!!

O ambiente é muito romântico, cama confortável, têm kit da loccitane no quarto para banho, a alimentação é excepcional, o espaço que fica na praia é maravilhoso e ajuda muito a manter o conforto, sem contar o atendimento de todos que é muito acolhedor. Voltaremos com certeza, o preço e justo!

Não fica tão próxima da praia, o acesso é por fora do hotel, mas isso não foi um problema, pois gostamos de fazer caminhada, mas a piscina do quarto poderia ter uma reforma.

Minha sugestão: diminuir o muito valor ou melhorar muito o hotel como um todo, não vale o que está pedindo.

Vista maravilhosa!

Nosso quarto com alguns problemas: vazamento do ar condicionado, cheiro forte (mofo), vaso sanitário solto… faltando manutenção geral. Café da manhã confuso, demorado, chegamos desistir dos pedidos tanto era a demora… uma pena (tudo é muito bem feito e gostoso), definitivamente essa dinâmica atual não está funcionando Muitas mudanças em relação a um visita que fizemos em 2015, era perfeito, não deveríamos ter voltado agora, assim teríamos a memória anterior e não essa última.

Local com linda vista, bela praia e necessidade de melhora na manutenção.

Local lindo e excelente praia. Serviço de praia bom, com poucas opções e faltando mais da metade do cardápio.

Instalações necesita melhor manutenção e limpeza. Banheiro com falta de água duas vezes, depois com chuveiro entupido e vaso sanitário vazando água e com barulho desagradável a noite toda. Além disso box sujo com cabelos pelo piso. Além disso você paga uma diária mas pode usar 20 horas já que o checkin é às 16h e o checkout às 12h.

Ótima e agradável com alguns problemas de infraestrutura

Vista incrível, funcionários muito prestativos, bom atendimento principalmente na praia. A estrutura do apoio de praia assim como Luís que nos atendeu a maior parte do tempo foram um grande diferencial! Você estaciona na praia e tem toda estrutura para passar o dia, ou seja, tem uma bela vista da montanha e uma estrutura excelente pé na areia, tendo apenas de dirigir alguns minutos para chegar ao apoio de praia. O café e jantar são saborosos!ñ e os funcionários são muito prestativos. A comida no apoio de praia também é boa

Houve falta de luz parcialmente por dois dias. Não há um gerador pra essas emergências. Pelo valor pago deveria ter uma estrutura melhor Não foi possível usar o secador, as instalações são de 10 amperes e o secador de 20 Colocaram um adaptador porém as instalações da cabana não suportam, o que tornou impossível de utilizar pois saiam faíscas, muito perigoso O ar condicionado do restaurante estava danificado, levou 3 dias para arrumarem devido ter sido no final do ano Esses problemas de infra não são esperados em um pacote caro de final de ano, acabam deixando a experiência um pouco frustrante em alguns momentos principalmente pelo investimento! Entrada e saída não é muito boa por ser na rodovia e a comunicação via WhatsApp, poderiam deixar um controle do portal ou algo assim para melhorar a experiência Espero q melhorem e invistam mais pois é um lugar muito bacana

Exceptional

It's a gorgeous property, with incredible landscaping, and well maintained. Having a sauna in my room was amazing. Views are superb, regardless if from your room/balcony, lobby, restaurant, pool.. But what makes this place super special is the staff. The property is not fully set up to host foreigners - web check in doesn't work with a foreign address, you need Brazilian tax number to order room service, and most of the staff doesn't speak English. And yet, everyone working there goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you may wish for and that you feel as pampered as possible. Rebeca at the reception speaks great English and is beyond accommodating and professional - I felt downright spoiled by her. She's an amazing human being too. Deborah the masseuse has magic hands. Food is excellent. Definitely a perfect place to relax and rewind.

Due to Covid they were not offering housekeeping everyday, which is fine but should have been communicated upon check-in. After 3 days of stay, we asked the reception in the morning if somebody could exchange our towels (as they would never dry because of humidity) and refill shampoo while we would be at the beach. Coming back after 3h at the beach, nobody had done that. We called them again and asked if somebody could come. After half an hour, the reception woman came, put two new towels on the couch, entered our bathroom with her dirty and muddy shoes making the floor of the bathroom and inside the shower completely dirty, refilled the shampoo and left without even taking the old towels, which were on the floor. After going personally to the reception and complaining, they sent a cleaning lady, who cleaned everything well and solved the problem. Even though the problem was solved after 3 requests, I think this situation is unacceptable for any hotel, but even more for a hotel which intends to be kind of a luxurious one (for the price they charge). Even though the hotel has a private structure at the beach, on our second day of stay (a Friday) there was nobody there (it was not raining and it was in the beginning of the afternoon, so not outside work hours). Food in the restaurant is good but nothing special and the service is slow. The guys at the restaurant are kind. The hotel rooms, especially the bathrooms, could use some renovation. Facilities are kind of old and not very well kept, probably also because of the high humidity of the area. To summarize: the hotel is nice and well located but pricey for what it offers and for the level of services provided. We have been to other hotels in the state of SP of similar prices with better service and better preserved facilities.

Super place

Offering a good service in the middle of world's COVID-19 crisis is clearly a good sign of excellence. Some major changes occurred during our stay (like no daily room service following the health protocols to unsure the staff's security, for example) - but the people at the hotel were very supportive and kind during the whole weekend. Erica from the reception and Alexandre and the kitchen staff were brilliant! Bedrooms are well equipped and very comfortable - and very clean as well. We will definitely come back for more pleasant weekends.
