Veramente ottimo !

Prima di tutto la posizione, veramente comoda e a pochi passi dalla fermata degli autobus e dal Santuario. In un precedente soggiorno avevo prenotato presso una struttura “a 400 mt dal Santuario”. Vero, ma non specificavano che si trattava di 400 mt di salita ripidissima e, in una località frequentata da molte persone anziane, sarebbe corretto specificarlo. Viaggio molto e, rispetto alla media dei “tre stelle” conosciuti, per me l’hotel Colonne si attesta sicuramente in cima alla lista. Struttura accogliente, pulita, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Il titolare sempre presente e a disposizione per ogni esigenza o richiesta. Colazione a buffet eccellente. Il ristorante, decisamente da 4 stelle per servizio, varietà e qualità dei piatti proposti, con prezzi più che accessibili. Ho avuto un problema di ricezione wi fi nella mia camera. Tempo di risoluzione del problema: 30 secondi. Il titolare mi ha immediatamente offerto un’altra camera, dimostrando che la qualità di una struttura non è solo data dalla totale assenza di problemi, anche piccoli, ma dalla volontà, capacità e tempestività nel risolverli. Consiglio l’hotel Colonne senza riserve. Davvero eccellente.

Quarto sem internet e condicionador de ar quebrado, não refrescou em nada!

Exceptional

Everything was very nice starting from the staff to the apartment. It was clean and cozy. Its right under the Church and the Hospital from Padre Pio. The Breakfast was very nice!

The garage has an extreme downhill entrance.

It is my only preferred hotel every time I do my annual visit in Padre Pio because of the strategic location from the Ch

I have been coming here since 2013, if you are looking for comfortability, security and a real place to relax this is the ideal location specially if you are visiting Padre Pio.

I always stay on the other building on the 2nd floor, over the years it needs a little refurbishing.

Superb

The hotel close to the Sanctuary,the Staff super firendly and helpful. We had a very warm and comfortable room with a large bathroom.Thank you ,we will come back when possible :-)

Disappointing

THE BREAKFAST WAS OKAY. THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE IT IS VERY CLOSE TO SAN PADRE PIO SHRINE

THE WALLS OF THE ROOMS ARE NOT ACOUSTICS OR NOT THICK ENOUGH. WE COULD HEAR THE TV FROM THE OTHER ROOM EVEN IN 3 IN THE MORNING FOR TWO NIGHTS.AND I COULD NOT SLEEP.

Walking distance to Sanctuary of Padre Pio. Quiet place

The fridge is dirty and not working,The pillow is not set properly,the comforter doesn't have cover..the mirror is not cleaned well..they dont have toothbrush holder(the cup/glass is missing)

Exceptional

the hotel was under some maintenance so we had to stay in another hotel, Giovanni Rotondo Palace. Everything was properly communicated and arranged with enough time in advance. The recepcionist was very kind, the breakfast was awesome, the room very comfortable, extremely well located and parking available, which is very convenient.

the shower was a bit small but still OK
