Excelent, great money value!

Excelent location, very near the beach. Excelent food, everything was very tasty and each day almost all dishes changed. Staff in restaurant deserves a special note-they were very fast and kind. Very clean bedsheets and towels, changed each day! We stayed (7 people) in Maisonette 9- very peaceful location, no noise in the evening. Amazing view over the sea, from 1st floor terace! Definitely considering going back!

Not the case, it is obvious that everybody there gives its best to make guests feel very comfortable!

we like the place, but wouldn't come back

Very good location, next to sand beach. The room was clean and the view was stunning. The staff was super polite, especially the lady who welcomed us every time into the restaurant. Golden beach is close, like a 1.6 km, but you definitely need a car, it was too hot to walk. In general we like the place, but wouldn't come back

Wi-fi was really poor. The food was mediocre. The vegetables were not tasty at all, the cheese was cheap. No good sea food, no fish, just a small fried one, The place is for people with children, they were super loud in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner, we were always in a hurry to leave the place, couldn't enjoy the food.. We do not recommend it for couples without children. The pool in front of the hotel was all the time busy with kids.

A pleasant stay, definitelly good value, nice personel.

Breakfast and dinner food was good and diverse, obviously done for being both healthy and tasty. The staff were very friendly and adapted well to a few unforeseen situations. The beach nearby was good and there were plenty of sunbeds. The free parking option was good, nice to have your car in your view, beyond a barrier. The room had a side view of the sea, which was nice.

We would have liked a larger bath to the 4 person apartment. We were charged extra 5eur/sunbed towel which was a bit of a surprise, yet we did not had the option to refresh them during the stay. Towels were good quality though. Other guests at the property were allowed to be noisy up to 11pm, although they were obviously crossing the line with loud music and chatting. Repeatedly.

Best place in milions

The food was excelent and diverse. A perfect place to spend a vacation!!! A very clean and luxurious establisment for a decent price!!!

Great hotel for its price, nice view and location. Food was great.

Great variety of food, big parking area. Spa is a benefit when the weather is bad. Friendly staff.

Small pool, not for sociopaths for sure, since half of the hotel will be staring at you while you’re in. (pool allocated in between restaurant and ground floor rooms area. Not so big area for lunch outside the restaurant. Small size of a bathroom. Spa has only sauna and pool, the prices for massage is average(+/- 40 €) and not the best quality. The pool also not the largest one.

Superb

It is a nice decorated area, a lot of flowers ,clean rooms , we had a superior room it was perfect with a baby . The bed was also comfortable.

Sometimes the food wasn t so great, but manageble. Also the inside pool wasn t heated at all, it doesn t deserve to book a hotel with spa when you can t use the inside pool or the jacuzzi

Superb

The hotel is nice, quiet and close to a nice beach. The apartment had a nice sea view. Staff was very helpful and nice. Food was great.

The room could have been cleaned more often, from a 6 day stay we've had our towels and bed linens changed only once.

It is too far from the 4 stars!

The staff upgraded our room to such with sea view after our asking. The balcony and the view were great.

The overall feeling is for 2-3 stars hotel. Obviously the bed was uncomfortable because we didn't sleep well. The bathroom was tiny with noisy ventilation and there was no shower holder so this was very inconvenient. Wi Fi in the room was а tragedy. There was no enough variety of food. Basic things were missing,for example yogurts, oats and more fruits for breakfast, more desserts for dinner. The outside furniture of the restaurant was dirty with stains, so we prefered to sit inside. The pools are strange situated. We visited 2 other hotels (similar price) during our 10 days trip and the other were better.

Disaster

The breakfast - OK, not to many choices but let's say ok. Location ok, around 100 m far away from the Golden Beach.

The hotel is a disaster. I think the walls are made from cardboard, you can hear everything what your neighbors do, what are they talking, you can hear even when the water in the toilet. No way to rest, even I had a reservation for 5 days, I left a day early because we couldn't sleep more than 5-6 hours/night. The indoor pool - no chance to use it, I think the water has no more than 9-10 degrees. The outdoor pools - water is ok but they are small, no space around, no sunbeds. The playground for children - a joke. A lot of money thrown out the window (we paid 230 Euro/day with dinner and breakfast included), if you want to have a real holiday AVOID this hotel.

Nice family stay at Ntinas Filoxenia Hotel & Spa :)

Very nice hotel, nice spaceous, spotless rooms. The kitchenette included, a lot of small appliances in it, for example, a coffee machine, etc. Very friendly staff. Tasty food at the hotel restaurant. Nice location. Private parking is available.

Small dining area at the hotel restaurant that gets crowded during peak hours. Sometimes noisy because of noisy guests and lack of staff to keep it quiet during quiet hours. The staff is not excellent at communicating with guests (English language)

Pleasant, but I would not return to this hotel.

The balcony overlooking the sea. Free parking.

The dining room is small, the dishes are offered on a limited space, which leads to crowding. Many times, I had to wait until bread, melons or cakes were brought. The location is close to the beach, weak Wi-fi. Drinks from the bar must be ordered at the table, but sometimes you have to wait a long time until something is brought to you.
