Worst experience ever

Nothing 😑

Air condition is not working at all. My 2 years boy baby is crying whole night because we requested them to change the room that room also very hot in temperature. Breakfast was worst. I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Today is our checking day but for my baby I was come out from the hotel at night and go to other hotel.

Good for short stay

Good buffet breakfast with different but not so many choices. Room size is okay and the location of it to malls and train station. Left our luggage in the morning when we checked out and we're still able to tour the city for one whole day.

It’s definitely an old hotel and they need to renovate and upgrade the facilities. It’s cheap but I will definitely pay

Location. Next to Lalaport and MRT station.

It’s dirty. Stains all over the floor carpet. It was also dusty, can see it on the cup and the kettle. The aircond fan was also very loud, it shakes the entire room. The iron that they place in the common area was also old and dirty.

Location is strategic, near to LRT Pudu. Room is spacious.

Male reception staff is not helpful at all. Room is spacious but the floor not in good condition. The sound from aircond is unpleasant to hear especially at night.

1.Need to change some item in toliet ( toliet spray broken) 2. Air-conditioning is not cold 3. Pilow & Bed need to change and outdated 4. Tv channel is tribble .. outdated

Everything is great they just need to improve the cleaning

Great location, direct train to the bus terminal and easy to get to the airport. Easy to get around with a bus stop right outside and a metro station 5 mins away (Hang Tuah). Lots of malls around and food options. Nice bathroom with hot water. Comfortable bed.

We stayed 2 separate times and both times the duvet had blood stains, one that looked like a fresh stain. The sheets were badly stained too. The floor was very dirty. However when we told reception they came to clean the room and changed the bedding within 5 minutes. Think they just don't have enough time to clean each room and need to invest in new bedding.

location is near to kwc mall.

the toilet bowls have stains and need proper cleaning, overall the toilet need cleaning. the room's vinyls popping out. no kettle in the room.

Disappointing

I must say... Nothing

Almost everything, staff behavior specially receptionist.. Means should know something about hospitality... Someone heading towards u midnight with family and struggling with luggage and u even dont bother to ask ur staff to help.. Then i must advice whoever wants to come in please ARRANGE UR OWN LIGHT beacuse they u will be hardly able to see ur face in the room.. Thanks for the refrigerator but atleast check its working or not...
