Superb

the location was great, close to the train station and center . The owner was really helpful and gave us very good advice on a day trip. We had a wonderful time . You should also book with breakfast, it’s all local and fresh.

Very good

Staff was very helpful and gave us informations for the area. Bfast is basic but was very good.

No lift but we were given a room at ground floor so not an issue to us.

Really nice, I,ll come back.

The hotel,s design, the room: they gave me a better one than one I have paid, the kidness of the staff, almost everything. Location is good too, close the train station and the funicular to go to the center in 5 minutes.

The breakfast is not so good as the rest. If they improve a little this, added for example boiled eggs , yogourth, honey,ham and cheese and a toaster; it would be great. It would be great to improve the towels too.

Could have been better.

The location was very convenient.

The bathroom NEEDS to be renovated urgently. If nothing else, someone has to take care of the mold. The radiator has to be well maintained; one needs to remove the air from inside from time to time for it to work properly. Mine only had space for 20% of hot water, so I was very cold during the night and the sound of the water falling into it woke me up several times. The bed was not very comfortable, in my opinion, but I guess that is different for every person.

The location is perfect since it’s just behind the train station! The person working at the reception is kind and patiently shares information on the city.

some fruit or vegetables for brekfast would be a good idea as well as tea/coffee making facilities in the room

We will come back!

We loved staying for 3 nights here. It was very good located, clean, comfortable and the staff very nice and helpful! We will sure come back to Hotel Stella.

The ONLY thing we missed is that the pool is very cold and not so welcoming, so we didn't adventure to enter.

Exceptional

Everything was ready for us. Close to Train station and town it self where you can eat and shop. Breakfast was nice plenty of coffee. We had a good rest.

The Air conditioning was very noisy and with out it we couldn't sleep... too hot.

Very good

Easy to reach from train station and still not far from city center. Comfy room, bathroom very small but everything you need. We were lucky to have a big balcony which was nice. The pool was great for refreshing after a day hiking.

Clean and comfortable

We booked last minute and the stuff was very flexible with the check in. They left us the key in a key box since we arrived late and the next day they offered us coffee and croissants although we hadn’t booked breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

Simple, Comfortable and close to train station. Pretty outdoor seating areas.

Excellent check-in staff very helpful. Simple room, the Air conditioning worked great. Outside and grounds very nice and welcoming. Comfortable beds and clean linens.

The corners of the bathroom had some dirt and grunge. They needed a better cleaning.
