A very convenient and good standard hotel close to airport

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff at reception very helpful. Bed very comfortable. Excellent pool especially for families. Late booking out.

Poor Communication before arrival as never got an answer for emails, room very hot on arrival.

Very convenient, value for money but wouldn’t want to stay longer than the 1 night

Great location next to the airpor Breakfast it’s of choice but some family members struggled to find food they like, no idea what oat milk is! One of our 3 rooms stank of smoke.

Bedrooms were fine but nothing special, one stank of cigarette smoke

Nice place to stay for a day before your flight, but no more than that. Personal were pretty good too:)

Problem with doors always hard to open and close, waterslides did not work or they close early, half of the spa activity were not available

A decent airport hotel

A decent airport hotel with friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast

when we switched on the lights in our room on arrival they fused leaving us in the dark. to be fair the staff remedied the problem very quickly

It's very close to the airport, staff are friendly even with the languagebut barrier, they were helpful.

Its about 25min walk to the town centre and there is no evening entertainment in the hotel. The jacuzzi and steam room were not available for use, even though its a spa hotel.

OK to overnight between the flights but not more.

Close to Dalaman airport ( 5 minutes by taxi). Staff at the reception was helpful.

The hotel is worn out. Needs refreshment starting from carpeting to furniture. We had only dinner - buffet was fair by quality and assortment.

I had a connecting flight and I just wanted somewhere near airport so I can rest before I take my next flight which was the same evening as my arrival. Therefore I was not even staying the night and I was paying for it which was fine with me as I just wanted to rest from my very tiring previous flight. So the hotel was near airport and was convenient to get to by taxi. On my arrival I asked them that I need my room early and I wasn’t staying the night so they managed to get the room ready for me and let me check in early which was the only thing I liked about the hotel. The girl at the reception was very nice and polite but that change very rapidly when I came to check out

After I had a bit of rest I tried to order some food into my room so I can eat something as I was very hungry. It took over 1 1/2 hour before I get my food and when it arrived after several chasing up it was completely cold. It was supposed to be a burger. Anyway when I checked out I explained this to the reception who was a guy this time and he was the most unhelpful and rude individual I have ever met. When I told him to give me my bill I explained about the problems I had and he just looked at me and charged me and did not say one word. I have never seen anybody treating their customers as such especially that I wasn’t even complaining or being rude or raising my voice. I feel that I should’ve done that and maybe I would be treated differently. All I said was that I waited for so long for my food and when it arrived it was completely cold.

Terrible hotel, I wish I have never come to Turkey.

Nothing. I had to use this hotel because of booking dot com screw up. I didn't enjoy it at all. Filling taxes or getting your teeth removed would be more enjoyable.

Old musky carpets, smelly room, sticky walls. Electrical tape everywhere and peeling.
