Merkezi ama yetersiz

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Liman ve şehir merkezinin tam ortasında restoran ve herhangi birşey satın almak için merkezi yerde durmakta.

Otelin kahvaltısı zayıf bize uymuyordu. Otopark sorunu mevcut. Birçok Türk vatandaşın otelde kalmasına rağmen çalışanların özellikle lobidekilerin Türkçe bilmemesi büyük bir eksiklik.

Zentrales Hotel, was aber eigentlich nur 3 Sterne verdient.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Auswahl war Vielfältig und im Übermaß. Wir hatte die Zimmer auf der 6.Etage, kein Meerblick, aber super Aussicht zur Stadt. Ortslage des Hotels, direkt am Hafen.

Meine Kreditkarte wurde insgesamt 3x auf Abbuchung vor Anreise geprüft. Ich empfand es als sehr nervig und unpassend. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Die Ausstattung ist überaltert.

Alles waren ok bis auf der älterer kelner er war total unfreundlich, ich bin Gast seit 50 Jahren und wünsche ich das das Hotel Management erklärt das Personal, Freundlichkeit kosten nicht sondern bringt mehr Kunden, das hotel trotzdem ist zum empfehlen

We will never come again after this behaviour from the staff!!!

I don’t like the the staff! When we arrived we ask to pay for the private parking of the hotel, they answered us that the parking is temporary. But some cars stayed 4 days. I wrote message through Booking, but nobody has answered me yet. Also the breakfast is with low quality!

Could be better

Very good location and the restaurant/breakfast area offers a panoramic view of the port that you can't get enough of. Rich breakfast. The attitude of the lady at the reception was very professional; in the context that I will relate to the 'negative', he decided to offer us "on the house" an espresso requested for breakfast. Thank you for that.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not live up to the 4-star standard it claims. It needs serious renovations for it (at leaset a cleeaning of the carpet). When I arrived, I found a "stack" of cigarette butts and ashes in the balcony. I took a picture of it and pasted it for later. At breakfast, my husband chose not to come, instead he asked me to bring him a short espresso. I asked the waiter to give me that espresso as a compensation for not having breakfast, but he explained that this "trade" is not possible and that I have to pay 2 euros at the reception. I accepted, because I wanted the coffee. At check-out, however, I presented the photo from the balcony and, under these conditions, to accept the apology, I was offered that espresso free of charge. So...with some imprivments, would be much better. It was my second stay in this hotel; 3 years ago was better.

Disapointing and Clostrofobic singal room

The location of the Hotel was excellent. Their restaurant on the 6th floor was good as well. However, the signal rooms that were provided to me and my friends were tiny, not very clean and without any sunlight. The rate for one night was quite expensive, and we felt like we slept in a prison cell.

The rooms could have been bigger and cleaner.

Nice location

The bathroom door knob was already broken and not working when we checked in. We alerted the situation to the info desk but nothing was changed. The morning after we were locked inside and had multiple problems until we got help. Suggest to inspect the room first, then check in.

Staff was helpful. When our shower didnt work they helped us.

The shower wasnt working properly, everything in the room was broken. It was very uncomfortable unconventional and annoying. It was not clean and the sheets were like paper. The elevator smeled really weird.

Nice location, but hotel needs renovating and 4star ammenities

Location, people in reception very nice and helpful.

It is not a 4star hotel anymore. it needs refurbishment, cleaning, renovating. the rooms are not clean. The elevator is horror, as there are only two small ones, very old, and cannot face the needed capacity. The hotel is not well maintained, cleaned. It’s a pity of the nice view on the terrace, as the location is not clean and well handled.
