Pour un séjour inoubliable aux petits oignons.

Le must pour un long séjour en famille,plus de 10 jours. L’accueil,la disponibilité et le sourire de tous les personnels: -Hicham et Radouane, grooms et voituriers -Hamza,Karim,Mohamed et Abdelatif, à l’accueil. -Rizlaine et Nezha, petit-déjeuner et cuisine. -L’équipe des femmes d’entretien (Fatiha,Hassania,…et leur agent-cheffe) Un énorme merci à Rachid Sebti,le chef d’orchestre de toute cette équipe.Equipe qui a fait de notre séjour un moment exceptionnel à Casablanca. On vous invite vivement à passer les voir,vous serez agréablement surpris.👍🏾

RAS… De toute façon, toute demande a été honorée positivement.

Nice hotel in the middle of Casablanca

De locatie is fantastisch en parkeren voor de deur is een luxe. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. In de avond is er een bar open. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid genoeg maar niet overdadig en in de directe omgeving zijn winkeltjes, barretjes en eenvoudige terrassen voor een kop thee of iets anders.

Het hotel is wel sleets en heeft onderhoud nodig.

Business Hotel a due passi dal cuore di Casablanca, camere suites ampie e spaziose, letto comodo e bagno veramente bello, personale abbastanza gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ alto ma nel complesso consigliato

La pulizia non era eccezionale e la colazione, seppur abbondante e variegata, non era di qualità eccellente.

Belle camere spaziose

La struttura è bella ed è molto comodo raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche, ci sono ristoranti molto buoni nei dintorni. La camera suite è davvero grande e la doccia immensa! Il parcheggio super comodo di fronte all’hotel.

Non è attiva la spa (e non ci avevano avvisato durante la prenotazione) e anche il ristorante era chiuso.

Although the location is good, but wouldn't recommend.

Staff and location were good.

Its an old building and the washrooms were not good. Standing shower area had no door, so all the water would spill outside. Furniture had stains both in rooms and dining area.

Great hotel, needs a few changes

The reception staff (Hamza) and door staff were fantastic, could not do enough for us from arranging dinner in Rick's, walking us to the local Chinese when two were sick. People like Hamza make the hotel a home away from home. I couldn't praise him enough for his help with everything.

Breakfast staff didn't care, even when things ran out or used. We brought it to their attention but they went back to their phones. They really let the place down. It would have been a better review except for them. Kitchens could do with a few more utensils and a towel per person Would also say that the bar can be loud but 3rd floor or higher is better

Nice hotel to explore Casablanca from

Received a free room upgrade to a suite with a private terrace which was lovely. Room was very large with a big bed and kitchenette. Bar and restaurant on ground floor was friendly and good to watch the Morocco - Egypt football match in. Centrally located although quite a long walk to the coast, including the Hassan II mosque. Free, guarded parking on the street outside.

Kitchen had no cooking equipment, and hotel itself was slightly dated. Seemed like less of a location for travellers/holidaymakers and more a location for business men. Private terrace was quite dirty.

Nice rooms in central location but no advertised fitness centre and no cooking equipment

The rooms were really nice and clean, and it’s a good central location close to trams

There is a kitchenette which was a deciding factor in staying here but there was literally nothing to cook with, not one pan, no cooking utensils, and no plates, the microwave plate in one room was also missing. The property advertises as having a fitness centre but it doesn’t have one so that was also disappointing. The extractor fan in the kitchen just turned on at random times and was extremely noisy and made it hard to sleep and relax.

Very noisy. Stay away...

Receptionist was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel runs daily karaoke nights in the restaurant and the music is very very loud and continous past 12:45am. The rooms are not sound proofed and since the hotel is quite small, the sound travels to all floors quite easily. Breakfast is very basic. Bread was obviously warmed up and chewy. There were no fruits and the orange juice tasted like cordial.

The Hotel was wonderful. The Owner and Staff were very attentive to the guests. They worked hard to make sure I had an amazing stay. The breakfast was filled with many good choices. I will be back for sure. As an woman traveling alone I felt very safe.

I like the buffet breakfast.

No free mineral water provided. One of the nights there wasn’t any flush water in the toilet. There wasn’t any cooking pot and forks provided except the cooking stove.
