Somewhat different to many other lodgestays we pride ourselves on ensuring the house is ready for you on your arrival, the beds made in quality linen, the house clean and for every stay over 6 days a welcome pack including breakfast goodies, local wine and introduction by your local host...we try and make sure everyone enjoys their stay !

Completed in September 2010 this highly appointed house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living spaces, all with breathtaking views over Island View place to the lake and mountains beyond.

Open plan living for the kitchen, dining, lounge.... leading out to 2 terraces, one with outdoor BBQ and fireplace. Perfect for entertaining or absorbing the view.

The dark Movie room has everything for the big and small kids alike... Wide screen Smart TV, Surround Sound, DVD

As an added bonus Pennisula Bay facilities- Swimming Pools, Spa, Gym, BBQ's
all included.

Located 100m from "sticky forest" adventure playground for mountain bike riders,
2 mountain bikes available for use. It is a short walk to the lake front.

A wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Great for our extended family gathering.Throughly enjoyed our time there and would stay again. The property manager and host, Stephanie, were great to deal with. Michelle.

You know when you walk into a well built, well maintained and clean property - and this is one of those. Great place in our favourite location on earth. Stephanie communicated brilliantly, sorted through advice quickly and made us feel very at home. Put this house stay on your bucket list!

Magnificent house with very thoughtful and attentive owners. The pictures don't do it justice. The house has excellent views and facilities and is in a nicely manicured estate which is just a quick drive into town for when one needs some contact with humanity. Would definitely stay again.

This is a large, clean, spacious contemporary house with large rooms, wide hallways, comfortable bedrooms, modern baths, well equipped kitchen. The windows are huge, with magnificent views of the mountains in all directions. Large sliding doors admit plenty of fresh breezes. A big, sunny home that was a pure pleasure to live in.

It was such a pleasure to stay here. The whole process from booking to check in and check out was easy. The owner was very obliging with recommendations for things to do, and generous with their use of the amenities near by (a community pool was great for the kids) and their own equipment (mountain bikes). Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful house in a great location. Superb views in all directions. Great to come back from a day skiing to light the fire, open a bottle of wine and relax. Kids and adults had a great time. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for 2 families and the movie room was a big hit with the kids. Plenty of room, great views in a nice part of town. We will return for sure.

High ceilings, no hassles temperature control, pantry stocked with all of the extras that made travelling easy. Lovely views especially from living room and main bedroom. Bikes were handy for getting to town. Highly recommend

We stayed at this property as a group of 7, and all loved it. There is so much space here, plenty of bathrooms and quality finishes throughout. It really is a home away from home. The added extras really make this place great (pantry supplies, welcome bottle of wine, fresh fruit). We had a minor issue when we checked in and Stephanie (owner) and Jill (Manager) we’re super easy to contact and happy to assist. They both went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Would recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting.

This home is in a league of its own. The views from almost every room are stunning, and the outside BBQ area makes it difficult to leave. We loved the lounge and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and indoor-outdoor flow. It was the perfect spot for my bridesmaids to get ready for our wedding. We especially appreciated the small touches like the welcome wine and nibbles, the access to mountain bikes and the butlers pantry of well-stocked basics. Even more beautiful than the photos.

Hi Steph!We had a wonderful week, such a special time with family. The house was perfect, a corner for everyone, Mum and Dad had the downstairs queen, with their own bathroom and easy access to the kitchen to make a quiet milo at 4am.The singles were very comfy and we shared the master, I did not close the blinds at night, I loved looking out to the mountains.We only ate out once, the kitchen was a dream to cater in. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.
