Good stay with great train access

Location is good for access to JR train to everywhere in Tokyo & Keisei line to both the airports, staff is courteous and can converse in English- good point to note.

Step up the toilet is high!!! Old style toilet… eco plan/ only change of towels and trash disposal daily, luckily only stayed for 3 nights as I hate not changing bed sheets for too long ( personal opinion only) - daily rate average JPY18k- not so cheap though.

¡Todo estupendo y muy tranquilo!

Nippori es una zona bastante tranquila, pero tiene de todo (konbini, etc.) y está muy bien conectada. El hotel cumplía las expectativas. Estaba todo limpio, el personal fue amable, el proceso entrada y salida rápido... Además, no nos pusieron pegas para dejar las maletas en consigna mientras seguíamos viajando (luego volvíamos al mismo hotel).

La única pega que le pondría es que te dicen que el desayuno se sirve hasta las 10:00, pero no que el último pase es a las 9:30 y ya no te permiten pasar al restaurante.

no AC in the Room!!!!! avoid

Walking distance from Nippori train station. This station is terminus for Narita express. If you are coming to Tokyo via shinkansen then you need to take Yamanote line train from Tokio to Nippori - 15mins.

Room does not have separate control for AC!!! Yes, no AC in the room, there is only centralized cooling available (you may just get lucky that is set for the temperature you like) or you can get a fan.

Overall, it was nice stay.

The location is good. I stayed smoking room for my friend, so not comfortable. But it is not your problem.

When I called, asking to let my friend check in if I was late, the female staff answered talked somewhat poor Japanese customer service standard.

La reception ottima , colazione varia , posizione super attaccata al senso-ij e vicina sia linea ginza9 minuti e Asakusa Line 10 minuti . Ho avuto problema con prese e mi hanno cambiato subito stanza . Efficienti

Tanto piccola la stanza rispetto standard giapponesi ma già lo sapevo ero già stata .

Would not stay here again. There are better options in this price segment.

Location is not too bad.

Not soundproof at all, noisy guests who do not know how to behave ruined our stay. Bathroom door has mold.

Überteuertes 90er Jahre Schischi Hotel

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Jedoch ist der Preis für die Leistung deutlich zu hoch. Wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In den 90er war es mal modern. Jedoch ist bis auf die Eingangshalle nichts mehr empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind zwar einigermaßen sauber aber für japanische Verhältnisse eher dreckig. Die Kissen sind unbequem und das Frühstück ok.

Going back in Tokyo, I definitely stay here again, perfect spot to all

Very close to the train station, very clean, and a lot of food, the Staff are all friendly most especially one of them help me reach out in my hotel in nagoya that I left my iwatch and she arrange to deliver in the hotel, very helpful thank you so much!

ART Hotel es excelente eleccion, a un precio aceptable, en el centro de todo. Super recomendado!

El hotel es muy acogedor y la atencion del personal es excelente! La ubicacion es excepcional ya que esta a minutos caminando de la estacion Nippori (ahi puedes llegar con el Kesei Liner desde el aeropuerto)

El aire acondicionado deberia ser controlable, ya que hubo dias que hacia calor y no se podia ajustar. El desayuno estaba muy rico, pero el huevo revuelto estaba muy liquido y sin sabor. La secadora no seca bien. Son solo detalles pero vale la pena quedarse en ART Hotel.

the rooms indicated can live for 3 people, the hotel give me a room with 1 full size bed for 3 people the room is small and I think it should let us know there is no way to add a bed , the 14 days is uncomfortable.

Chosen for the location and the good value. It delivered.

Location next to Nippori Fabric Town, ideal. Breakfast ok

There is a big step to get to the bathroom. Not great if you are a little disabled.

Will come back here again

Room for 3 persons is so big. Location is really good very close to Nippori station. I left luggage at the hotel before check in time when I came back to check in all my stuffs were kept in my room already ☺️☺️

Location is excellent. This is the main reason on why we booked this hotel in the first place.

The hotel staff told us on arrival that the only way to control the air conditioning is to adjust the "air flow rate" with a simple dial button. However, both of our rooms are still very warm/hot during our 6 night stay even though we have put the dial at max all the time. Not sure if the hotel air conditioning system is designed for the hot Tokyo summer weather. The 2-people room is very small, but we kind of expect this given our previous travelling experience to Tokyo. It is still the smallest 2-people room that we have ever stayed in Japan (travelled to Tokyo 5 times before). There are very limited washers in the hotel, and it is always occupied.

room are good have big room and brakfast is nice, location is very close to Nippori station by walk 2 mins. room are tidy and clean also with free coffee to make , and near hotel has shopping area Familymart drugstore resturant.The best is staff at front who always welcome and helpful all the time

the price go high in some days have to plan the booking day and recheck price every week before arrived. but some room are renovate so it is reasonable with the price that high up and if booking via booking.com can get discount some room

Nice to stay for a night to transit btw Narita airport and destination.

Near from the JR train station.

I paid £332 for a night and the hotel staff even hesitated to help our luggage to carry to the room. With a family of 5 people including 0 yr old baby, the staff literally didn’t help us at all with large amount of luggage and even hesitated to lend a luggage trolley because their own stuff were piled up on it and didn’t want to move those. Cleanliness was fine and bed was big enough for us. The wall seems to be quite thin so I could hear people talking in the middle of the night.

6 lovely nights at Art Hotel Lungeood Nippori

The room is spacious for family of 4, bed and pillows are comfortable. The hotel location is convenient near JR station and Skyliner to Narita Airport

There is a plumbing problem on our last night. Our son use the bathtub and when he drain the water, some water popping out the pipe next to the bathtub, make the dry area under the wash basin wet so we need to slowly drain the water. (did not happen on the 1st 5 nights) I already told the reception when i check out next morning and she will look into it.
