Would definitely return!

Great location, clean and air conditioned. Spacious family room.

Nothing! It was disappointing going to another Campanile hotel which wasn’t to this standard.

Heerlijk hotel comfortabel en dichtbij bezienswaardigheden.

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijne ondergrondse parkeergarage. Dichtbij kathedraal!

Bij binnenkomst op de kamer een vreemde bedorven geur bij toilet. Na aantal malen gebruik en verder in de nacht was de geur verdwenen.

voldoende maar voor verbetering vatbaar

kamers waren proper maar douche verouderd en het bed verouderd

personeel aan de balie. er werd ons 2x gevraagd om de dranken te betalen terwijl die reeds betaald waren we vroegen om een taxi voor 5 personen en er werd ons gezegd 2 taxi's te nemen, dit zou goedkoper zijn, uiteraard niet! dit heeft ons meer gekost

lit moyennement confortable, retour à la maison avec un bon mal de dos qualité du petit déjeuner : on a l'impression que les viennoiseries sont de la veille. Produits proposés de faible qualité (jambon bas de gamme notamment) et en choix restreint. Il y a l'essentiel pour son petit dej, mais ce n'est pas un régal.

Séjour agréable, correspondant exactement à ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel pour un court séjour.

la zone où se situe l'hôtel est près du centre ville, au bord du fleuve. Une fois la voiture garée à l'hôtel, tout peu se faire à pied : visite, restaurant etc.

Endroit agréable, personnel aimable.

Nous avons été bien accueilli, rien à dire. Point positif aussi, la bagagerie. Nous avons pû laissés nos valises gratuitement.

Le petit déjeuner, pas assez varié. Mon mari a pris des saucisses et omelette, elles étaient à peine chaudes.

A great overnight stay

It was in a good position with secure parking. Also as a family of 3 the room was a good size with plenty of room to walk around. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of variety

The hotel stay was good but the service at the restaurant was poor!!

Breakfast was just ok!

The service in the restaurant was terrible , it was slow , the food as served and we had finished by the time the drinks came , then they offered bread, we were then charged for 2 drinks !!

Check in Some English spoken. Room had aircon ( but set to 23 degrees) Secure parking below hotel 10-15min walk to centre restaurants past the cathedral

Quite noisy windows single glazed. 4th floor room, good shower but both sink and shower unable to drain faster than they could fill, which meant intermittent shower to help it drain away

Excellent location to stay.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. We use it as a base whilst dropping out daughter off / picking her up whilst studying in the city. Parking is good, and the hotel is a 5 min walk into the city.

Pleasant stay in Reims

The room was nice and had an excellent view. The location was convenient to the Cathedral, but we did take an Uber to get to one of the champagne houses. We had breakfast in the morning, and it was definitely worth the money!

Excellent hotel for the money, WiFi bit slow

comfortable bed and good location. rooms weren’t ready on arrival at 2:05pm, but staff served us a complimentary drink for the inconvenience.

tight garage if you have a car, there is a ‘tourist tax’ of 1.5 euro per person and difficult to communicate if you are English speaking (but you need to expect that if you are travelling in France).

smelly room & being called Cathedrale is pushing the limit given the distance the hotel is away from it. if your planning to use the car park, I wouldn’t recommend a big car.

Very good

Very well situated. Very quick from the motorway. A nice evening meal. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Quiet at night. Good double glazing I think. Friendly staff. Handy to have underground parking.
