A reggeli pazar volt,minden IS volt. Nagyon meleg volt a szobában , kértünk ventillátort.Nagyon hamar orvosolták a problémánkat😊 Köszönjük

Wszystko poprawnie. Pyszna kuchnia. Ale dla mnie to 4* plus.

Obsługa pomocna i miła. Dostęp do jeziora. Miejsce zabaw dla dzieci. Dużo zieleni. Smaczne śniadania.

Brak klimatyzacji poza sezonem.

Great location, very close to the center. The spa was very clean and elegant and the lake is in the garden :)

Remek szállás és élménymedence, a kiszolgálás gördülékenyebben is mehetne

A szálloda hatalmas, tele kényelmes zugokkal, fotelekkel, kanapékkal. Eddig itt találtuk a legnagyobb és legizgalmasabb beltéri medencét. A wellness részleg egyéb részeit most nem is látogattuk. A medencében nagyon erős a sodrás, az első élmény kellemetlen volt, de az első ijedség után már a gyermekek is nagyon élvezték a medencében való körözést a szülőkbe kapaszkodva. Megfelelő méretű játszóház is található az épületben.

Korán érkeztünk, így még a bejelentkezési sort megelőzve elvégezhettük az adminisztrációt, ami nem volt elég pörgős. Később visszatértünk, hogy elkérjük a szobakulcsot is, amihez ismét sokat kellett sorba állni, és valamiért ez az egyébként egyszerű feladat is sok időt vett igénybe. Járt volna a VIP lounge welcome ital és süti szolgáltatása, de ezt már a hosszú várakozástól (kb 40 perc) türelmetlen gyerekekkel érkezéskor nem vettük igénybe. Fent átöltöztünk, és indultunk a wellness részlegre. Én menetközben szerettem volna megkóstolni a korábban felkínált aprósüteményt, de amikor a sütiért nyúltam a személyzet határozottan rámszólt, hogy köpenyben nem tartózkodhatok ott. Ez elég nagy csalódás volt, mert a kimerítő becsekkolás után már vártam a felkínált falatokat. Szép volt az étterem pultja, de valahogy mégsem volt a választék étvágygerjesztően elhelyezve rajta. Az ételek ezzel együtt rendben voltak. Lehetőségünk volt a VIP kínálatból is rendelni, ott a tálalás is nagyon ízléses volt. Ami csalódás volt még, hogy reggelinél elfelejtették kihozni a VIP palacsintát, amire egy ideig türelmesen vártunk, hiszen előre szóltak, hogy több idő lesz, mert sokan rendeltek. 2 emlékeztetés után hozták ki a palacsintát, kb 25 perccel ez első reklamáció után. Végül rohhanunk kellett, hogy időben kijelentkezhessünk.

Korábban voltam már a szállodában, és nagyon lehangoló, illetve gyenge szinvonalú, minden..., változásokat kellenne eszközölni! -személyzet: mosoly, kedvesség, odafigyelés, udvariásság stb. hiánya -felszereltség: hianyos szobák, leírás szerinti -wellness: hideg a víz, szauna felöntés 5☆ esetén 1e ft/alkalom Sajnálatos módon nem ajánlom senkinek...

Exceptional

Breakfast and dinner (a la carte) was absolutely amazing! Rooms were huge and beds the most comfortable. Also the personnel was very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely go back!

It was planned so far in advance, and then it all went south, a special day ruined. Sad!

The food in the restaurant was good, we enjoyed it and compliments to the chef.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The SPA facilities however were under maintanance and therefore unusable and if we knew that we never would have booked, and nobody informed us. 300 Euro for one day, for nothing, having to put up with inferiere facilities. No apology, just a casual "matter of fact, oh by the way, our facilities are closed" presented by the reception person on check in. Unaceptable really. As an ex-Hotelier I would expect a rate reduction in the very least, and although I did not ask, and did not insit on this, no offer was made to accomodate us in the slightest. This was not our first visit to your hotel, but it will porobably be our last, unless this review is taken to heart and we get some kind of response. Our son loves the hotel, in fact, the reason we came to you is because it was his 11the birthday, and he wanted to spend the day there, and it was a big dissapointment for both him, and us, we drove so many kilometeres in vain. We hope to return, but at his point w probably will not.

Decent hotel, great spa, poor food.

Modern, clean, good location on the lake side. Great spa and wellness.

Food was not great, limited selection in Olive Garden buffet and dinner and breakfast featured barely warm food obviously pre-cooked hours before. The shower in the room went from cold to scalding hot every few seconds and the shower holder was broken. Not very warm anywhere in the hotel. if you go in the winter you will need a jumper inside! The ‘relax’ massage was terrible and painful too. Had to ask the masseuse to stop a couple of times. not very professional.

My stay itself was okay,but the hotel stuff were disrespectful.

The location was good.

The staff were impolite and I felt a bit of racism at some point,the restaurant in the hotel mismatched the 5 star ratting,the dinner included 5 dishes and serving between each portion was more than half an hour,the waiters didn’t even come to ask about the drinks and didn’t wanna serve the table as it supposed to be.This hotel does not match the price and quality and level of 5 stars.

Relaxing holiday

That was our second time here and I can honestly say that the Opus bistro is exceptional. Both the breakfast and dinner were really delicious. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Multiple sauna’s were out of order or time slot had to be reserved which was not the case during our previous stay. The bowling bar has some other entertainment possibilities (e.g. foosball, air hockey table) which were taken away so the possibilities to have a fun evening there drastically reduced. The inside pools could use some renovations as the tiles are falling off.

Top quality dinner provided. 5 star restaurant standard!

My room was not clean properly for 3 days in a row. Apart from a few staff here and there, the majority is very unfriendly and cannot speak neither English nor German.

We will go again....

We enyojed the 5 course dinner every day. The place is very relaxing while you do not feel it is fully booked as you barely see other people. The breakfast is until 11pm!
