Rewelacja!

Pobyt niezwykle udany , apartamenty na wysokim poziomie przestronne nie małe klitki wyposażony w wszystko co potrzeba , czyściutko . Apartamenty w stylu który zaciekawił wszystkich nawet najmłodszych obrazy dekoracje wszystko dopracowane w najmniejszym detalu. Oczywiste również jesteśmy zachwyceni basen ratownik uśmiechnięty pomocny , dopingował drużynę dzieci którzy dopiero zaczynają przygodę z basenem zapraszał do korzystania z atrakcji . Pobyt był niesamowity i udany zapewne wrócimy jeszcze kiedyś

Udany pobyt

Super lokalizacja, fajny apartament, miejsce parkingowe. Basen duży, Pan ratownik bardzo kontaktowy :)

Pokoje dla niepalących i to jest super ale apartament typu studio nr 3 zlokalizowany na parterze zaraz przy wejściu, gdzie stoi popielniczka przy której spotykają się osoby palące i przy otwartym oknie dym wpada do pokoju :( Luksusowe kosmetyki... fakt pod prysznicem był płyn o przepięknym zapachu ale to wszystko. Mydła do rąk już nie było :(

Dobra lokalizacja obiektu, basen jako świetne udogodnienie urozmaicone i dobre śniadania mimo, że z cateringu.

Nice big appartment

2 bedrooms smelled a little bit. I think cleaner used strong chemicals and the odur stayed for long time. Swimming pool - gentleman who works there is very nice but water for my 2 years old was too cold ( her lips got purple).

It is not worth the price, the pool and the sauna is too small for that amount of guests.

The apartment was very cosy, neat and clean.

The lifeguard - "ratownik" was very rude, very arrogant and when we complained about his behavior, nobody appologized. The pool and the sauna are too small and looked too old fashioned, sauna is not a real one.

Good wellness section!

Wellness in the basement is very good, well equipped kitchen, big nice rooms, many cabinets, large bathroom with many shelves, elevator, dedicated parking space, close to the hospital 🤪

Could clean a little better, but it was OK. There was a dishwasher machine, but no tablets for it.

Perfect location, clean apartment, ok-ish pool, the guy at the premises was very helpful, the lifeguard at the pool was very nice, good value for money (with reservations I mentioned as disappointments).

Two things I did not like: - Sauna is very small, just for 1 person to be inside, not to be included in the name of the premises as becomes misleading, - People who you are in contact with about your stay (not the guy at the premises), but those you are in touch for booking confirmation and other questions about your stay are useless. Lack of support and no response to your questions. Couple days before our arrival I sent a question if there is an option to pick up us from the train station. I got a reply with contact details of a person in charge of my stay and that I need to ask him in case of questions, which I did right away. Several hours later I got a reply from the guy that he is very busy today and he will reply to my query when he is available. He never did. So if you just need to have a place to stay, this is a good option, but if you expect to get a bit more of client approach, I would not recommend it.

Location and apartment was nice, clean and very comfortable

The breakfasts were provided by catering, very poor, nobody of us ate them but it wasnt possible to cancel. Water pool working hours are from 4pm to 9 pm. It's probably ok for Winter skiing period but absolutely inconvenient for the summer. I'd prefer to swim in the morning since we would go out in evenings. The staff in the pool behaved as if it were some school pool with naughty kids : don't go here, you should do this, you cannot sit like this, take your towel, get back to the shower...quite inadequate for the hotel pool.

Good stay for families with pool though apartment is a bit dated

location is great. good to have pool and sauna, though it is available only from 16-21.

the entrance reeks of cigarettes and is very off putting. the pillows are very thick and uncomfortable. would be good if pool is available in the morning. becomes quite crowded in the evening

Great location and friendly welcoming staff - shame about the customer service when trying to book.

Nice comfortable apartment with an excellent balcony. Quiet location. Close & convenient to shops. Nice pool area with sauna. The staff member we dealt with at the property (Emil) was very pleasant and helpful. Top marks to him for making us feel welcome.

The reservation staff member we dealt with (Katarzyna) gave very poor service. She ignored my emails, then wouldn't honour the price quoted. I stayed in Apt No 21 and each time someone in the apartment overhead flushed a toilet I was woken. Very annoying!

a fair place to sleep if you're out all the day

The breakfast is good, they leave in the morning behind the door and the apartment was clean and quite functional.

The apartment is on parterre with windows facing the parking lot - no view whatsoever and pretty dark all the day. You hear some noise from the swimming pool which is placed below.

Great location and comfortable studio

We really liked the complete studio appartment. The location was great and only a 10 minute walk away from the main city centre street Ulica Krupówki. The breakfast was also nice and was more than enough. Having the car parked on the private parking lot was a big plus and we were given a remote to open the gate to drive out of the property. The swimming pool was nice as well but unfortunately open to just until 21:00

There was an unpleasant smell from the drain which smelled like it was connected with the swimming pool drainage. A quick fix was to cover the drain from the kitchen with wet paper towels. Easy to fix with a drain cover/plug but every time when water needed to be drained, after dish washing, there was that terrible smell. The room was also very warm and was probably because it was above the heated swimming pool which is located in the basement. I believe that these points are just for the one specific room we had.
