UNA EXPERENCIA EN LA NATURALEZA

El personal fue muy amable y atento. Nos dieron la habitación antes de tiempo y eso nos hizo que el día lo aprovecháramos más. La terraza estaba muy bien y el baño nos encantó. Tuvimos monos varios días y fue una súper experiencia…!!!

El aire acondicionado se apagaba mucho pero daba buen aire frío cuando conseguíamos ponerlo

In the middle of nature

Bed is really hard. Really couldn’t sleep. We booked 4 nights but couldn’t stay longer so went somewhere else after 2 nights. They couldn’t do anything for us.

Naturnahe individuelle Unterkunft, günstig für Ausflüge gelegen. Ort mit etwas „Leben“ gut Fußläufig

Witzige, weil sehr ! naturnahe Unterkunft, mit allem was damit verbunden ist 😉 Die Bungalows sind sehr individuell, die Badewanne auf der Veranda mit Blick in den „ Dschungel „ war der Hammer. Beste Betten auf unserer Reise!

Der Kaffe 🫣 Aber das Preis- Leistungs - Verhältnis war super.

Schöne Anlage, aber Service sehr verbesserungsfähig

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich. Wir haben eine Tour zum Cheow Lan Lake über das Hotel gebucht - hat alles gut geklappt und die Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten zwei Nächte im Paradise Resort gebucht. Die erste Nacht konnten wir dort aber nicht verbringen, weil angeblich die Toilette in dem gebuchten Zimmer defekt war. Wir wurden daher in einem anderen Hotel nebenan untergebracht, allerdings nicht entsprechend unserer im Paradise Resort gebuchten (höheren) Zimmerkategorie. Unsere Weiterreise nach Koh Phangan haben wir von einem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption organisieren lassen - leider keine gute Idee. Wir hatten uns (auch, weil es vermeintlich schneller ginge) extra für den teureren privaten Transfer zum Donsak Pier entschieden. Allerdings hat der Mitarbeiter es offenbar nicht geschafft, die Fahrt auf den Fahrplan der Fähre abzustimmen, so dass wir gute drei Stunden am Pier warten mussten - sehr unerfreulich, zumal das leicht vermeidbar gewesen wäre.

My humble opinion

Nice location

We had a dirty room and an unclean bathroom. The staff was unhelpful and very rude when we had issues with our booking and the Wi-fi didn't work. Bed was uncomfortable and the airco barely worked.

Great stay!

Cabin is spacious and surrounded by nature although the standard ones are more in wilderness. The deluxe is close to the road and parking area. Breakfast is really good and they served me cake on my birthday (so sweet!)

Great location and very friendly staff. Good bed

Really basic. Oke price is low but bathroom was really old and strange. Shower went from really hot to cold. AC made a lot of noice. Seats on the floor on the outdoor dek. Only cash money was accepted no cards. Booked for 3 persons but only 2 pillows, 2 towels etcetera.

Perfect stay if visiting Khao Sok for few days

Good location, spacious and comfortable tree house with a very nice terrace. Really liked the food at their restaurant (much better than any outside place)

We liked it all however I would suggest to change the ambient product used at the bathroom as very strong smell and not too nice.

It was a good location, we were really happy after being shown to our room. Lovely room, really nice outside shower. Welcome juice was really appreciated after our stays in backpacker hostels and the breakfast was good too.

When we came back to our room in the evening it looked like the decking was covered in monkey faeces (this can’t be helped) however in the morning halfway through our shower the water turned brown. Our hair and skin was covered in dirt and we had to check out in time for a bus so spent the rest of the day dirtier than it started.

Location is good. Breakfast was nice. The room was okay and had the only good TV we saw in Thailand with access to Youtube, Prime, Netflix etc with pretty good wifi so we were able to have a movie night in which was nice. We had negatives to our stay but if you just want a value stay in a good location this is fine.

Quite a few things let this place down for me. The bathroom smelt awful - like a public toilet, which just seeps into the room. We found the staff (one in particular) incredibly unhelpful and a bit rude. We arranged activities via the hotel but they weren't very forthcoming about the ones we actually wanted to book. They encouraged us to go with their elephant experience vs the one we asked for help booking and it was a bit of a sad and underwhelming experience and didn't feel very ethical. Many of the things we wanted to book (guide, safari, etc) we were just lazily told there wouldn't be anyone to take us, so we felt like they couldn't be bothered. We ended up going into another hotel down in the town and they had great tours and really helped us. The bed was broken so even when you moved a tiny bit it made loads and loads of noise so you end up waking one another up all night If you want a great experience, I'd stay at one of the places that are more established but this was fine and a good price. This definitely doesn't feel 'in the jungle' and was a bit underwhelming.

Superb

Great location. Wooden huts up in the trees.Good bed. Excellent Wi-Fi. Helped me with getting a canoo rivertour. Delicious restaurant. Very tasty. Various beer, also Belgian ones.Helpfull employees. They give extra attention to present the dishes well. Silent in the night. Made take away breakfast, because I needed to leave early. Monkeys playing around in the trees. Yes, I am happy I have chosen this place.

Airco had flickering lights all night in room nr 1. Steps are really steep and small. Do not drink too much alcohol, before you are up on your BEAUTIFUL balcony. The bathroom ceiling could use some maintenace. Use of bathgel and shampoo in plastic. Personally I think it is such a waste

We really like the resort, we wanted to prolog our stay but it was already full for the nextday.

The resort was beautifull, breakfast, which was included in the price was tasty and from local sources with no Palm oil, we were surrounded by nature.
