Mooie kamer, top personeel! Erg behulpzaam en lief, heerlijk ontbijt

Wc bril van mindere kwaliteit. Was van plastiek en er zat een barst in waardoor het lang vochtig bleef na schoonmaak.

C'è molto da migliorare

La posizione era fantastica, in centro città. Il personale molto gentile anche nelle comunicazioni prima di arrivare.

Abbiamo usufruito di early check in arrivando di notte ma eravamo in tre e abbiamo dovuto dormire in due letti. Abbiamo chiesto il giorno dopo se fosse possibile avere un asciugacapelli la sera e ci hanno detto di sì. Quando rientriamo, il receptionist ci dice che i due phon sono già stati dati via e le persone sono fuori dalla camera, ma ce lo porta appena lo riceve. Chiediamo anche un asciugamano... ne abbiamo 2 ma siamo in 3. Dice che sono finiti gli asciugamani, ma noi insistiamo e allora ne prende uno da un'altra stanza libera. Appena ci porta il phon, ci laviamo i capelli ma poi scopriamo che non funziona. Ci hanno dato uno scaldino per la camera ma non è ovviamente la stessa cosa. Prima di partire abbiamo chiesto uno sconto per questi disguidi e ci è stata accordata una minima riduzione (inizialmente volevano offrirci un uovo a colazione!) Il personale è gentile ma non comunica con chi pulisce le camere (la nostra in tre giorni non è mai stata pulita). La dotazione dell'hotel è scarsa (non si possono avere gli asciugamani contati). La colazione sufficiente (comunque la peggiore trovata in Bolivia per ora). La nostra camera era senza finestra... una cosa così non sarebbe possibile in altri Paesi.

L'hotel ha qualche anno ma le camere sono accoglienti. Lo staff è stato veramente molto disponibile e gentile.

La colazione è minima e potrebbe essere migliorata. Il bagno è piccolino e senza appendini o ripiani dove riporre le proprie cose. La camera affianco all' ascensore è piuttosto rumorosa.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir konnten früher einchecken und gegen eine geringe Gebühr auch schon frühstücken. Außerdem war das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Tag unserer Abreise konnten wir auch noch lange im Hotel sein und wir wurden die gesamte Zeit sehr freundlich behandelt. Außerdem hatten wir eine top Lage in der Stadt.

Das Bett war etwas unbequem, die Matratze recht hart.

Comodidad

Las habitaciones son amplias, el desayuno bueno y la ubicación muy buena, tiene cerca muchos lugares para visitar, una parada del teleférico y muchas opciones para comer. Y sobre todo el personal, todos quienes estuvieron en la recepción fueron siempre muy amables, nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron incluso tuvimos que volver al alojamiento e hicieron lo posible por darnos una habitación para descansar, muchas gracias por la atención y la ayuda, volveremos.

I would come again. Good location. Street not busy and noisy

Nice to have breakfast. Staff very friendly. They do money exchange at the front desk.

A 1/10 experience.

A very disappointing stay. Basics were not provided like towels and toilet paper, without going and asking. Overwhelming smell of sewerage, smashed shower door, smashed bathroom floor tiles, very slippery bedroom floor. The bed was okay, but hotel located in loud area and cold room. Does not cater for vegetarians, as breakfast foods like cheese were touching the ham, and there was not separate service spoons. Staff were rude and unapologetic. At check out their card machine had broken causing us to be late for our airport transfer, again staff was unapologetic.

The building was cold like most inexpensive hotels. They only have one portable heater and at 9:10 pm they knocked on my door to take it to another guest.

perfect stay

we liked absolutely all: the staff was exceptionally kind, large and clean room, very central location. we arrived at 6:30 am from a night bus and our room was already ready. thank you so much for all. we will definitely stay there again if we come back to La Paz

• professional staff • good breakfast (even tho they charge you 5bob for eggs which is disappointing) • spacious rooms • right next to dynamic center markets & restaurants • you can leave your luggage free of charge while going for a trek etc

- noise of the streets but not too annoying
