A comfortable hotel with a nice location. Great for families!

I liked the room and the hotel's location. I thought the hotel's landscaping was extremely pretty and relaxing.

I didn't particularly like the breakfast. It was repetitive and the coffee was cold.

Just for what you pay. bring your own breakfast

The front desk lady was friendly. The facilities are nice and in a colonial atmosphere.

The breakfast service was not very efficient and they were not prepared for their own occupation. When I mentioned that to one of the staff, she was very rude and told me to complain at the reception, that it was not her problem.

There are way better places for the same price

Green space. The pool area was nice. Standard breakfast.

The bathroom was not well clean, it had small hairs in the floor. The entire room needs a renovation, old furniture in general. On the booking app said the taxes were included in the rate, but no, and I had to pay them separately. They need to make this clear in the app.

Needs improvements

The property was nice and the staff was welcoming. The location was also very convenient, was from walking distance from plaza that included restaurants, shops, and over all a sweet and happy environment.

We had several issues when using the bathroom. Sometimes when we needed a shower, the water would not want to turn on. Please keep in mind we were a group of four, all waiting our turn to cleanse ourselves, the bare minimum. So, we had to wait till the water came back on just to bathe and get on out the door to go sight-seeing. Also, not really a major issue, but everyday the breakfast was the exact same thing: scrambled eggs and sausages with some papaya or cantaloupe. Every. Single. Day. By the end of our trip, we were sick of it and itching to get back home and eat a nice, healthy meal.

Great experience, delicious breakfast!

The breakfast was amazing, delicious, and abundant. Also, the rooms were nice and every day the housekeeping lady did a great job, the receptionist and Andres the (night shift guy) were very friendly.

Wifi didn't work great on my iphone.

Attention from staff was good. Parking good, facilities outside the room are beautiful. Breakfast was very nice! Very complete. Delicious

The room was near to the jacuzzi machines, so the loud created by them affected us a little bit. About the room, because of its location, it was very dark, but beds were very good.

Great Location & Breakfast

The breakfast was traditional and very delicious. Fresh fruits, Caldo de Costilla, fresh juices, eggs, bread, different types of meats, coffee, aromática tea, and so much more. The location is about 3 blocks from the town center, and its a very cute walk.

My only complaint is that the bed was a little uncomfortable, it was 2 beds pushed together and the crack between was a bit annoying.

Good all things considered. But not “kept up.”

Staff, location.

Room was not what we ordered on booking. No mini fridge but they brought us one. WiFi was problematic because we had to work online while there. Definitely need mosquito netting. Pool was not clean. The whole place was very run-down. Sorry.

Disappointing

All in all it is an ok-hotel not in the city centre but relativly close (10 minute walk).

The staff was at best average. They obviously treated us differently than Colombians. For example, the staff offered extra soup (caldo and changua) in the morning to the colombian families but not to us. At the second night there was a party next to our room in the hotels event hall until late at night, nobody did tell us before. I complaint about the noise and they gave us another, much nicer and less noisy room though they did not say that they were sorry or offered anything at all. All in all, an ok-stay but overpriced. Would try a hostels-private room next time as they are less expensive and staff usually is a lot more dedicated.
