Huge apartment should be improved

Large apartment, new furniture. Rose restaurant very close with good food.

There are not two bathrooms with showers (only one with shower and the other without any shower). In bathroom, no furniture or hangers. Pillows were very bad. The door of one bedroom couldn’t close, so all night the door was opened.

great location, super size. best gym . just get some kitchenware......

very spacious and great location. great value. 2 bathrooms and the best Gym in all of Bulgaria. the property was of a very high standard/spec. the 2 balconies and views onto Vitosha mountain and the city were simply breath taking.

Spacious and elegant, enjoyed my stay here.

Other than the fact that the AC doesnt turn on until later in the year, the place was all in all acceptable, HUGE rooms, and amazing views. Marble floors, and large open showers, beautiful. The pool and other amenities on the property made the trip an awesome one.

Spacious apartments, polite staff, safe parking, nice price.

Apartments need some more equipment especially in the kitchen and in the bedrooms.

The room was big and comfortable. The SPA and gym was super!

The breakfast was very poor! There was no kettle, stew, frying pan in the room.

Large luxury apartment which provides almost everything someone seeks with Pulse Fitness center included and next to the highway and near boyana area and vitosha mountain.

The poor selection of breakfast from the Rose restaurant that is otherwise excellent for lunch and dinner to visit.

Great hotel with the worst service

The location is great, the view from the apartments is stunning.The apartments are extremely spacious and well designed.

The service is below any standard - I have no words to describe it! There's no concierge, only one person at the reception. At our arrival the lady at the reception desk was eating and talking to us with annoyance. None of the staff we spoke with (including at the swiming pool and the sauna) looked and acted as a professional. The breakfast was from 9.30 am and when I went at 9.40 am to ask why the restaurant is not open, the answer by the receptionist was " I don't know, they usually take the key from me at 9". That was it - no effort to check or to apologise!

Perfect for a luxury night of pampering in Sofia!

The apartment was huge, luxurious and very clean. The guy at the door was very friendly and helpful. Also we had free use of the spa and swimming pool downstairs in the building which was incredible. Can't fault it for a luxury pampering night in Sofia!

Location is convenient, access to a full gym and spa, luxurious furniture and fittings

Quite a few broken or loose things in the apartment; the restriction that nobody that is not registered can visit the apartment is silly and nonsensical - I can understand the no party policy when it would cause noise and disturbance but to not be allowed guests in principle just because someone in the past has caused a ruckus makes no sense. The whole point to get a huge apartment is to be able to invite a few people, especially during COVID. In the end, not worth it

Very good

The apartments are huge and the interior is exceptional.

Everything was amazing except for the staff. We had never experienced such bad service from receptionists. It looked like they don’t want clients and weren’t friendly at all. However, the restaurant is exceptional- the staff there is very helpful and the food was amazing.

it was quite dark inside this apartment and main reason to go was to use hot pool with my son. apparently its not allowed for kids so I had to deal with upset kid instead of relax.

Excellent choice for stop by in Sofia.

Easy to reach from Sofia bypass road, the apartments are really huge. Everything looks good, designers did a really good job. There is a restaurant nearby. Definitely a very good option for a stop by in Sofia.
