We enjoyed our stay and will stay again

It was at a quiet location, and the bedroom and other facilities were very good. Staff at the reception was very professional and helpful.

In the restaurant, had to wait for a long time for my wife’s meal when all other meals were served at a reasonable time

Good rooms , poor service at reception

good sized room Location

Staff at reception at arrival was not welcoming and helpful. In advance we had sent a message asking for late check out . No response received. At arrival declining late check out or extend our for one night. However on Booking.com there was a room available that we booked.

Toilet, issues with water pipe connection. Damaged toilet seats and damaged water pipes in the wash basin. Dirty Dustbin inside the toilet

Could have been better.

Rooms used to be very good during my earlier stays. Now, the toilet is broken, all cupboards are making noises. They are in the process of renovating the rooms. Hope it will be better next time.

bathrooms are not safe for elderly. slippery- no non slip mats or tiles

In restaurant, buffet rate is so hight but for pure vegetarian persion, food is not much. Buffet is good for non-vegetarian and not for vegetarian people. I suggest to increase vegetarian (just like Paneer vegetable) in north indian style also.
