Buenas impresiones

El anfitrión es excepcional. El emplazamiento muy bueno y cercano a la plaza Mayor. El apartamento tiene bonitas vistas.

El colchón. El acceso es dificultoso. Claro que es consecuencia de estar tan cerca del casco histórico. El acceso es a través de un montón de escaleras. Aconsejo llevar una maleta solo para esos días. Y dejar el resto en el coche.

Location, view, apartment features a really lovely apartment that we'd recommend. Free parking available at the top of the hill vs. 14 euros for paid parking.

Communication could be improved. Bed you rolled toward the centre, plastic lined underlay made the sheets slip. Washing machine did not spin the water out of the clothes & clothes had to be rung out by hand.

Great location and friendly host.

Cosy, modern room. Fantastic location and mountain views. The host (Felix) met us at the car park and helped us with our bags.

As other reviewers have said, the bed linen and towels could do with a refresh.

Cuenca is an absolute gem!

The location was excellent in relation to the Old Town. Felix ensured we arrived and knew what was up and around the neighbourhood as well as made sure we had a taxi back to the train station. Apt. was comfortable and a good size… with a view over the gorge.

Everything was great… although the bed and linens could use an update. That being said… it was still a great place to stay!

Exceptional

Cuenca is so unique and finding the right location to stay is key. We pinged it with this apartment 100m below the cathedral and main square, easy walk to all the old town sights. Arranging transport up from the gorge is essential - Felix offered this as part of the price - great service!! Apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable - washing machine a bonus.

Great stay

Felix was an amazing host. Picked me up from the carpark and helped with my luggage. The location was amazing close to everything. The breakfast pastries and coffee pods were a special touch.

Good

The location and apartment were fantastic. Very good equipped, clean and has a great terrace. The owner was very helpful, he assisted us unpack and drove us form the carpark to the apartment. He also gave us lots of recommendations.

The bed and linen was old and really uncomfortable, the mattress sank badly in the middle. Also we felt obliged to park in the carpark using the owners parking account which was 12 euros per day. The second night we parked on the street for free (there was free parking about 5min walk from the parking station) and had to message him a couple of times to ask him to refund for th e second day before we received a reply.

Wonderful view from the flat Great location in the heart of the historic city Nice wooden furniture Very welcoming and thoughtful host

Would return again anytime

Felix is very helpful, the apartment is in a great location in the old town, just a couple of minutes from the Plaza Mayor, but in a peaceful location.

Would definitely recommend

Everything was perfect, lovely spot near the visiting places. Very good to take your pets. Felix was very nice and let us his parking card. The accommodation also had free nespresso coffee and pastries for breakfast.

The bed sheet was coming off all the time hahaahha but nothing really that we didn't like.
