Espectacular

Excelente recepción, todos muy amables. Logramos descansar, desconectarnos de la rutina, y encontrar la tranquilidad que buscábamos. Muy bien ubicado para poder recorrer la ciudad.

Que pudieran vender en el hotel más enseres o alimentos, ya que al estar varios días, en ocasiones es necesario comprar agua, jugo, etc. Y es más cómodo comprarlo dentro del mismo hotel, sobre todo en las noches.

Departamento amplio. Buena ubicación. Camas cómodas, baños limpios

La.cocina sucia. Bolsa de residuos con basura. Heladera con comida adentro. Y comida en el freezer. Algunas elementos personales y juguetes dentro de la casa. Una estufa electrica no funcionaba y la empleada de limpieza trajo una de su casa con restos de pan porque la usaba como tostadora, eso fue lo que dijo.

El agua valiente NO FUNCIONÓ uno de los días y nos tuvimos que bañar con agua helada. Lo encontré grave.

Estadia comoda con buena atencion,buena ubicacion del hotel.

Inmejorable ubicacion del hotel,desayuno completo y adecuado.Sin embargo mejoraria con un hervidor de agua en la habitacion. especial mencion para recepcionista Jose MIguel,quien siempre estuvo atento a solucionar nuestras peticiones,dio buenos datos ,donde comer ,y donde ir a pasear,un 7 para el. Felicitaciones tambien,para el resto de las recepcionistas, y agradecer al personal que sirve el desayuno muy atentos todos.

no nos gusto que no tuviera estacionamiento,pero sin embargo nos ofrecieron uno del hotel pero pagado.y a 2 cuadras?

La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, la seguridad de la entrada y la independencia también , la atención de la recepcionista impecable , muy atenta y amable

Elegimos habitación con vista al Volcán , efectivamente había vista lateral al Volcán , pero no te avisan ni se ve en las imágenes que en el ventanal principal de la habitación da a la parte posterior de un edificio por lo que no es agradable ver en la totalidad una pared de cemento. Por otra parte el desayuno es escaso, no buffet , te sirven lo Justo , un trozo de pan por persona y a pesar que fuimos temprano, se tarda mucho.

Excelente ubicación y personal. Hotel rústico con linda decoración e instalaciones. Estar a dos cuadras de la playa siempre es una gran ventaja.

Fiquei 3 (três) dias hospedado no hotel Newen B&B e foi tudo perfeito, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e cordiais. Durante a estadia o hotel teve que realizar uma manutenção no quarto onde eu estava hospedado, com isso me colocaram em um quarto com vista para o vulcão Villarrica e também me deram um vinho de presente. O hotel possui uma decoração muito bonita, além de ser tudo limpinho, certamente em uma próxima ida à Pucón retornarem a este hotel!!!

Great location and staff

Location, staff, breakfast.

The pictures here showed a space that didn’t exist due to a previous remodeling. I was hoping to sit and relax in a couch that wasn’t there. My room (305) didn’t have enough sound proof isolation. I could hear and understand what they were talking in what I think was the next building.

Insufficient staff support. The is no 24h assistance and they say they won't accept international credit cards. Besides that, the smoke alarm rang, we asked the staff for help but we got no answer

Good value for money stay in downtown Pucón, including a great breakfast everyday!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay really comfortable.

the B&B doesn’t have a parking area. Guests need to find their spot on the street. it worked out OK but does increase the potential for theft…. Otherwise it was a most lovely stay.

Rude check in but nice place

-Very nice breakfeast -Nice location -Lady at front desk(not sure her name, she had nice tatoos) was very helpfull for tours

-We walked in at 2h00pm and we were greeted with "check in is not before 3h00" which we found very rude

Perfect getaway with awesome staff

The hotel was in the middle of the center, making it perfect to go out to eat, to the lake or to tour agencys. The staff was super friendly, giving us many tipps and good recommendations. We needed to have early breakfast twice and they always prepared us an extra plate with everything and even a sweet note. Being one of the cheaper hotels we were very positively surprised and really loved it here! And the views to the volcano while waking up were just perfect!

The rooms are not very soundproof, you can hear the people passing and some loud birds in the morning, but really nothing bad.

not recommended, to expensive for the service

location was not bad

1- when we arrived there were no personal to let us get in to the hotel, it was cool outside and not one at reception. 2- it was winter and not hot water available!! that was terrible, no recommended at all. 3- poor communication from the hotel with the compliance about hot water and breakfast. this is not the spot to stay!

Great location, great food, cozy and simple rooms

To start the welcome was extremely friendly and welcoming - Javiera was great! The breakfast was the best we had in Chile. They also have private parking so ask if you drive! The hotel is centrally located and you can go to all the restaurants nearby. The rooms are very very cozy and we had a balcony with a view of the volcano :)
