proximity to slopes. value for money

beds are very hard. carpet in hallways need a deep clean.

Cosy and convenient

the location, it’s clean, the beds are comfy, the fresh bread can be ordered and delivered in the morning still hot :) mini supermarket and ski shop is part of the building, entertainment, swimming pool is a good size, the view is breathtaking

changing rooms in the swimming pool are a bit confusing, the ensuit shower was a bit smelly

Disappointing stay

Close to piste. View over the valley. Close to local facilities.

Rooms were cold and the radiators couldn't be out on a manual setting to warm the room. Kitchen very pokey and small. The apartment felt like it was built on a budget. Very little storage space if 4 or more people staying. Ski room felt cheap and was cold with no heating to dry equipment. Parking should be free and not €12 per night (especially when paying a premium price for a small apartment). We had hoped this would be so much better but when compared to staying at Les Fermes de Sainte Foy, Les Fermes wins every time.

Great value

Pool was great, location was great and the accommodation space was brillant. Great overall and would go again.

Reception was open weird hours which was a pain, and there wasn't an inbuilt oven which was annoying, they lend you a small one but have limited number so can't have it for the whole week. evening entertainment was 'interesting'!! Boot store was a headache and we ended up leaving our equipment on the balcony.

Fantastic property in great resort - loved our stay

super close to the slopes - literally 20m from boot room to slopes - and shop and bakery and restaurant /bar all within the building

Great place in great location

Clean and tidy appt with all you need in a great location close to bars, shops and ski lift

Reception not open till 4.30pm and parking is additional cost.

Great location and good set up. Kids enjoyed the pool

Directions for check-in etc were not clear as it was our first visit to Sainte-Foy

Bed bugs: rooms are not cleaned properly

There was a serious infestation by bed bugs which ruined our holidays and caused me additional costs to see a doctor and get treatment for all of the bites and allergic reaction. We informed the front desk and showed them the bites on my back. They did not offer to compensate us for the damages and only said this had never happened before.

Great appartment, clean and comfortable. Amazing views! Staff super friendly and welcoming, bedding comfortable, kitchen well equipped and excellent underground parking (well worth paying the extra for)... plenty of hot water! No complaints at all!

Ski room is terrible, stinky, not enough benches for changing, no skiboot dryer

The apartment is located in a beautiful location with a great view of the mountains,was large and the clean.Lady at the reception was very nice and helped us and advise us,in the leisure time can use the pool and wellness...Near the ski resorts Tignes and Val d'Isere...I can only recommend.🙂
