For night departure the location is superb.

The smell of bleach is everywhere. The floor of the bathroom was wet because some facility was leaking.

Was very happy that this hotel exists and will come

super good people, receptionist waited for me until 4am so I could check in after super late travel that was really kind of them and in general staff is very polite there

no water in room, would be good to leave a bottle

Still working despite the war

Despite the power cuts they were able to give me a room and sort out the payment later. When the power came on again, there was plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy and they didn't chase me at check out time. Staff were helpful and it is the perfect spot if you are catching a bus the following day.

Exceptional

Location directly inside the RailStation. Clean and beautiful. Norm bed.

The shower cabin was hardly used, broken doors and shower.

Room was nice and clean.

Air con was dripping water onto the floor when turned on. Hotel was hard to find in taxi. It is the actual bus station building on the 3rd floor.

Price, room in general, location (I needed to visit Arena Lviv).

A girl on reception when I arrived. She showed her mockery. I normally asked about getting to Arena Lviv by walk, was it far for it. Instead of answer that she just didn't know she started asking me how I thought about it by myself. Literally it was: "I'll let you guess. After work I'd rather go home or visit Arena Lviv? What do you think?"

Hotel has no signs and it is hard to find. The room was acceptable for one night, the bathroom needs some mending.

Good location - on the bus station, but outside a city center. Good for transit. Or if your have a night bus.

Building is under construction(mar 2021), not all facility or services around works.

Lovely newly refurbished hotel at the coach station. Perfect for transit short stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Absolutely good for its price range. Conveniently based at the coach station. The building itself is an old gloomy thing when you look from outside but walk up the stairs and there is a newly refurbished hotel, very clean, plant of fresh white towels. The receptionist is very nice looking 🙂 friendly and helpful young lady. The room was spacious enough, good shower, hot water, air condition, TV and free WiFi. Nothing was missing at all. Definitely would recommend for staying.

The only inconvenience for me were the sockets that are positioned uncomfortably.
