La ubicación cerca dela playa y el centro

Con el piso en la primera planta, el ruido de los bares era presente en la habitación. Falta un armatio para las ropas. Con una instancia de una semana no es muy cómodo no tener un armario o unas estanterías de madera en la pared las ropas. El servicio de limpieza no era inmaculado. Tacaño con papel higiénico - hay que verificar cada día para asegurarse que hay y sino preguntar. El personal no es proactivo: p.ej. la posibilidad de reservar de antemano un taxi hacia el aeropuerto.

Top location, modern and comfy, but need to be cleaner

Top spot location, centrally, just park your car and you can walk everywhere in town. The best city night life is just downstairs, upstairs and around the corner. Nice and modern.

The pillow covers had not been changed, we had to ask clean new ones and the bed linen didn’t smell like coming from the laundry… The extra pillows hanging from the hanger bag were also not clean fresh. On top of everything we had a visit by a huge cockroach in our bathroom. Pity such a great place should definitely be more accurate in cleaning. The staff could inform of a parking spot opposite reception to load/unload the car and about getting the daily tarif at the Elder parking lot… we would have liked to know this is advance.

Stayed in one of the three attic rooms which had a large shared terrace.

It was fun! the staff and management are very very helpful and nice. Will recommend this place to others!

the properties and facilities are actually good for the price we paid. And when we had a disfunction AC , we got help asap which I really liked about the staffs.

A Very Nice Property

Our hotel had a plumbing problem and we were moved to another property managed by the same people. Amber, the manager was superb and the new property was an upgrade (for no additional cost) but at a slightly less convenient location, since we chose Bed & Chic to be closest to the cruise terminal.

There was no breakfast option at the new location, but that will probably be changing. Also, the room rates are higher there than Bed & Chic (although we didn’t have to pay the difference).

Location was really good, on a walking distance to everywhere.

Noisy hotel in a good location

The location was good as it is in proximity of all amenities. The beds were very comfy. Good security features from outside.

The location was very noisy. As if the front side of the hotel was located in a back alley with rubbish bins. Local bar owners are emptying their glass containers in the middle of the night. The hotel was quite noisy from the inside as well, there was a lot of shuffling of furniture going on just after midnight on the 3rd floor on at least 2 of the 4 nights I stayed there. You hear other people talking too. No free parking either, close by there are parking garages, the best rate I could find was €15,50 per day, but the hotel could have given a good deal or at least a suggestion where would have been best to park.

Superb

Location is great, close to the Canteras beach. The room was fine with a decently large fridge. The staff was very kind and the checkin/checkout was simple.

One of the windows was not possible to close completely meaning it was bit more noisy than it should. But this wasn't a big deal.

Great location: very close to Las Canteras beach, Santa Catalina park and bus terminal. Sunny rooftop terrace and super friendly staff!

Some noise from the bar downstairs during weekends.
