Un buen lugar donde hospedarse. Recomendado

La ubicación, orden, limpieza y personal del hotel muy amables. Especial punto de atención en la limpieza, de verdad que es un punto a destacar. Si vuelvo al sector, es mi opción número uno para hospedarme. Muy buen trabajo

Deja mucho que desear

La ubicacion es buena para cuando necesitas estar cerca del Aeropuerto. El personal simplemente es educado y respetuoso, sin embargo no encontre ese nivel de servicio donde se preocupen por el cliente de verdad.

Llegamos un tarde a la hora del check-in, cuando llegamos nos comentan que nuestra habitacion tenia daño en la bañera y que no podian asignarnos esa Suite. A cambio, nos asignarian una habitacion estandar a la tarifa que tenian en el momento lo cual estaba igual o pasando la tarifa original. Para mi es una falta de respeto que por un error del hotel, o una falla en su mantnimiento yo tenga que pagar extra o lo mismo por una habitacion de categoria mas baja a la que reserve. Como viajaba al dia siguiente no me quedo de otra que aceptar el precio. El personal en turno, al menos nos dejo una bebidas de cortesia y hasta donde recuerdo el wifi era gratuito. Espero que alguien tenga una mejor experiencia

Too expensive for the level of comfort

Location and service.

The room did not look like the photos, it was very small and the mattress was old. Though it was clean, the decoration looked old. Breakfast was quite basic.

the staff was very friendly and the food at their restaurant was good.

the hotel was under renovation. The lobby looked great but our room’s bathroom had an odd smell and our room’s carpet looked old and dirty.

staff friendly and efficient. probably would've liked a better set up at the restaurant with more staff but it was very good.

elevator was under maintenance the day I was checking out. I had to bring my luggage from the 5th floor to the lobby. A lady staff helped me but the situation was inconvenient.

uncomfortable position!

night receptionist was very attentive.

They made my husband wait outside the hotel, because they did not want to accept the payment either at checkout or by phone. They did not give any facilities or solutions and put us on a difficult position do to the fact I wasn't able to cancel the reservation because I would have been charged for a service they were not letting us enjoy. Receptionist and manager's lack of professionalism on finding a proper solution after a long they of traveling to Lima made our stay very uncomfortable.

The cleaning staff (Isabel) was outstanding! The receptionist and restaurant team were very accommodating and polite. Good staff team overall.

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. We wished there was a safe in the room for personal items. American channels (there were none) There was a sewer smell coming from the window in the bathroom.
