The house Stella is on 2 levels, it is located 10 minutes by subway from the center of Lyon.
Consisting of 10 large rooms, the total area of the house is 260 m² plus a terrace of 60 m². For your comfort you will have 4 Bathrooms and 3 toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped: Refrigerators, Microwaves, Coffee makers, Hotplates, Oven ...
It is quietly located in the heart of the historic district of Gratte-Ciel, the metro station is 400m.
** HOUSING **
The house has been completely renovated. It is spacious and comfortable for a group of up to 15 people. Be sure to give us the exact number of people when making your reservation.
We offer a hotel type service for bed linen, towels and bath towels.
The landscaped terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors on sunny days.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke and vapote inside the house.
In order to be able to offer a "non-smoking" accommodation to the following travelers, please follow this rule carefully. Smokers will have to go out and enjoy the terrace which is very nice :-).
The house also has a very high speed internet connection (Fiber).
There is no parking possible in the enclosure of the house. On the other hand we offer a free place in a covered and closed parking located at 400m.
Parking in the area is free.
** ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS **
Entire home is accessible. This is the first and second floor of the house.
The living room overlooks a large terrace of 60m2 facing south which will allow you to have an aperitif, lunch or dinner outside during the beautiful days.
** EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS **
I am available for questions and information about tourism in Lyon.
** OTHER REMARKS **
Each room is equipped with a desk and an Internet connection with Ethernet cable.
The house has a broadband internet connection (fiber).
** THE DISTRICT - PRESENTATION **
Nearby you have many shops: cafe, bakery, tobacco, pharmacy and a supermarket within 400m.
At 600m the historic district of Gratte-Ciel is the heart of Villeurbanne, it is an architectural complex designed in the thirties.
It is punctuated by two major administrative and cultural places: the City Hall and the NPT. A major shopping street, avenue Henri Barbusse, semi-pedestrian street with many shops and shaded terraces awaits you 700m from the house.
** THE QUARTER - TRANSPORTS **
Line A (the main axis of the Lyons subway) with the "Gratte-Ciel" station is a 5-minute walk away.
From this station all the important sites of the city of Lyon will be accessible to you in less than 15 min.
