Exceptional

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with parking spot. Lovely and very private rocky beach just below the apartment. Wonderful host!!! We'll definitely visit again.

Perfect! :)

We returned this year to this accomodation, because we loved it last year. We enjoyed it also this time, it was superb, very comfortable, the owner is kind and fexible, the view to the see is unforgettable. We hope, we can return next year too. Thank you! :)

The view is beautiful, also the yard. Silent place. The apartament is large and comfortable. The sandy beach is 15 minutes away to walk, but there is also a rocky nice private beach at the villa. We might come back next year!

Perfect place for relaxation with breathtaking views! Spacious & clean apartment, each room with own balcony. Private parking & beach, which is priceless in Sozopol, Harmanite beach 3 mins by car or 15 walking.

It was our best choice!

The owner is very kind, and flexible. The apartman is nice, large, and comfortable, the beds are perfect. The (sea)view from the balcony is fantastic. There is a directly connection to the sea, we enjoyed it very much. The big sandy beach in the town is only 15 minutes, the old town is 35-40 minutes from the apartman, so we didn't have to use our car in Sozopol. Thank you very much for this unforgettable holiday! We will return! :)

Good location, friendly owners

The apartment was dirty, like it wasn't cleaned for months, spider webs and dust everywhere, especially the balcony.

Very good

Loved the balcony view of the sea, the big rooms, everything was very clean, the owner's interest in this direction is obvious. The Old Town is charming, so are the cliffs and little bays on the Back Sea shore.

Really noisy neighbours. Parties in locations shared with others should not be allowed, most people come here for peace and quiet. The kitchen and bathroom appliances could use some updates.

Great base to discover Sozopol, lovely place to chill

Huge place. Lovely terrace overlooking the lawn, the sea and Sozopol (we got the top floor apartment). If you don't mind rocky beaches, the private beach of the residence is all you can wish for. However, if sand is your thing, you can walk the 100 metres that separate you from the equally uncrowded Paradise Bay - alternatively, you can always swim there, from the aforementioned private beach :). Special mention goes to the wifi service, which was great. Had very low expectations, considering previous reviews, but if ever there were any problems in this regard, they were solved before our arrival. All in all, our top choice in all of the Bulgarian seaside, will return for sure, when we get the chance!

Considering we booked the loft, it got quite hot at midday, but nothing the air conditioning couldn't handle. The kitchenette is rather austere, however, it too does the trick. Main problem was that there was no hot water during our stay. Little English is spoken by the staff and our host was thousand miles away (literally), so ironically, we couldn't solve this issue until 30 minutes before check out, when I noticed the corresponding fuse in the fuse box was off. Personally, I didn't mind, but my wife and kid could have done with a nice hot bath at the end of the day.
