We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location near the town center. Our room had amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food service was amazing!

Traumhaft schönes kleines Hotel.

Wir haben in einem traumhaft schönen Palazzo übernachtet. Das Frühstück verdient mindestens 5 Sterne. Alles was das Herz begehrt steht in bester Qualität zur Verfügung. 24 Stunden stehen Wasser Kaffee Tee und super leckerer selbstgemachte Kuchen zur freien Verfügung. Wir sind noch nie so super freundlich und herzlich empfangen worden als von Angelina, sie stellte uns einen individuellen Plan mit Ausflugszielen zusammen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf ein nächstes Wiedersehen.

An absolute jewel of a place

This is an exceptional place. The room was furnished to a very high specification and the bathroom was luxurious. The bed was super comfortable with high quality bed linen, which made for a cool night's sleep. Free access to the kitchen was a bonus and the breakfast was simply outstanding - we did not need any lunch after it and there was so much choice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Honestly nothing was wanting - keep doing what you are doing!

Great place to stay

Breakfasts were amazing! The staff were very accomodating. The owner is the chef and does all the baking. In addition to the breakfast, the kitchen is open with baked goods and beverages all the time. Angelina made sure our stay was perfect. When Angelina wasn't there Jenifer was there to help when we needed it. The location was great if you want to be in the historic area. We walked to restaurants and shops. Il tosco is a beautifully restored historic building. The rooms have all needed amenities, the air conditioning and wifi work well, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well equipped. One note, IlTosco is on the first floor, which in Italy is not on the ground floor. Il Tosco is about 20 stairs up. The steps are not steep, easy to climb with a landing in the middle. However, we had a lot of luggage and both my husband and I have knee and back issues and could not carry all our luggage up. Angelina and Jennifer promptly carried all the luggage up. They made dinner reservations for us at great nearby restaurants. As I said earlier, they did everything they could to make our stay very enjoyable.

jacuzzi tub difficult to fill due to poor water pressure, very poor directions as how to access property to drop off bags. has to carry bags up very steep long path

I highly recommend Il Tosco for an authentic and charming Montepulciano experience!

The breakfasts were delicious with a wonderful variety of fruits, meats, cheeses, homemade cakes and a menu of other items to order from! The accommodations were top notch with a charming, vintage feel. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Elena was so personable and gave wonderful suggestions for things to see in the area. Montepulciano is a terrific town to stay in!

Such a beautiful place to stay but enhanced by Elena, the perfect hostess. The breakfast is amazing - home cooking at its best - and the food just keeps coming! This hotel is quiet, tranquil and well located. A real treat.

Incredible! We will never stay ANYWHERE ELSE in Montepulciano! The warmth of our hosts was evident from the moment we arrived; greeted with fresh baked cookies and juice from mother's kitchen. The facilities were breathtaking - a beautiful mix of old Tuscany, combined with the modern amenities of a 5-Star resort. The generosity and magnitude of the baking and breakfast spread was unmatched. Truly amazing. Grazie mille!

Absolutely perfect!

10 out of 10. We rented the entire place, the apartment was gorgeous and super clean. The location is very central and pretty convenient to the parking lot. The host was very kind and knowledgeable. The breakfast DELICIOUS. We did not wanted to leave. Thank you.
