Bad service

Nice and big amenities

Though they used a lot of effort building this resort and amenities, I suggest the management to improve their service. First, when we came inside the hotel room, the floor is not clean, there is a lot of sand in the floor and it feels sticky. There is also no towels in the room that we needed to ask for it. Second we ordered nuggets for our toddler but they gave a raw one. We asked them to give as a well done nuggets, but before giving us a new one, they took the nuggets first and wanted to see if its really raw. Third, they threw a personal thing that's on the floor but was not inside the thrash can. The housekeeping suppose not to throw items that is not in the thrash bin.

Hotel needs many repair.

The tour that was setup by the concierge was great.

Room service did not know their own menu. Would not pick up the use dishes until the third day. Personal assisted to clean tables also cook food. There was only one restaurant open and many people had to stand in line and wait to eat Pool area adjacent to checkin was very slippery. Many people slipped and fell and nothing was done about it.

Fun! we had a nice time...😎 we would recommend it to family/ friends

It would be much appreciated if in case the housekeeping staffs can't tidy up the room... emptying/changing the garbage bin at least could do...

The employees made our stay 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The employees went above and beyond to make us feel at home and attended to anything we requested and most often before we requested it. The restaurant staff was some of the best people I’ve ever encountered in my life. The concierge staff was also outstanding and referred us to people they knew and trusted to escort us around town.

The structure seems to be neglected or taken a hit from the prior storms (repair needed asap) Lots of clogged toilets throughout the common areas.

Weekend on Solea

I like that there were so many pools and activities for kids.

Hmmnn took someone for awhile to rescue me when my car battery was drained. I had to wait for almost 2 hrs

beautiful place. nice beach. beautiful and big pools. nice rooms. Bad service.

breakfast was good. we had a lot of options. we enjoyed it so much. Plus my 5 yr old can eat for free since she dont eat much breakfast.

i dont like the service. They love giving promises. We arrived at 8am. we were told to wait. and promised to checkin at 12noon since we have kids. we waited for hours. We wonder if the rooms were first come forst serve basis as we noticed those newly arrived guest got their rooms first. We kept on following up. They gave us one bed ready only. and we waited again for the next room for 2hrs! we requested for some stuff like extra towells but they forgotten it. 😓 service is the key for the hotel to suceed. id love to come back if you change ur services. thank u Solea. Beautiful Hotel anyway.

Worth the time great staff food room and veiw

Place and staff were great lots of room to roam beach not the best but they maintain it to best it can be.

Only thing I not like was smoking area full of misitos and was like 4 min walk from the room . So I had smoke in toilet like a school kid. While there no reason you can't enjoy on becony

got 1 bed and no seaview.

All in all is good but a bit disappointed on the room we were assigned where there is no view at all but a roof. I am expecting a seaview. and also in the picture of my reservation the bed is 2 but we got only 1.

the room where we are staying is having a roof view not a seaview. It is not the same room setup in the picture and as described as I reserved.

Would definitely come back! My son really loves it and the balcony view is exceptional! I really requested the sea view so I can relax while sipping the coffee in the afternoon. 5 days weren't enough rly. Lots of activities to do, even walking along the shore is refreshing. I am excited to the ongoing construction on this big area. Well the bad thing is the traffic worst than EDSA. But the staff are all accomodating. Foods were also enticing. More power Solea! The best hotel I've been so far..
