Datato ma Centralissimo

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo a tutte le cale principali ed al centro di Cala d'Or. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la facilità con la quale abbiamo potuto raggiungere tutto a piedi, dai ristoranti alle spiagge. Lo staff è stato molto molto gentile e sempre a disposizione. Appena arrivati abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli in un ripostiglio non sorvegliato. La stanza è dotata di Aria condizionata e Balcone per stendere tutto dopo una giornata di mare.

L'hotel è decisamente datato, diversi scalini, porte, arredo sono rotti. (Microfono e porte della doccia, Porte delle stanze). I muri sono molto sottili come le finestre. Abbiamo ricevuto una camera con letti singoli separati, anche se da richiesta era prevista una matrimoniale. Una volta chiesto sono stati molto disponibili nel cambiarci stanza. L'odore dei prodotti per le pulizie è molto, molto, molto forte. Il ripostiglio dei bagagli è facilmente accessibile e non chiuso a chiave o "sorvegliato" se possibile consiglierei di chiuderlo a chiave e di dare dei tagliandini numerati associati al bagaglio, inoltre non renderei accessibile il ripostiglio ai clienti ma solo allo staff.

La struttura nella sua semplicità era accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario. La nostra stanza era luminosa, spaziosa e pulita. Avevamo un comodo balcone che dava su una delle vie principali di Cala d'Or. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, appena arrivati ci hanno consigliato alcune attrazioni da vedere e dei luoghi suggestivi da visitare, oltre ad aver prenotato per noi la navetta aeroportuale per il ritorno. Struttura consigliatissima e perfetta per una vacanza di coppia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se avremo occasione torneremo sicuramente.

Winner spot, chill and nice people

Location was a winner. Personal even more, everybody very friendly and welcoming, relaxed and nice.

The common area (not the cafetería) was a little bit dark or not very cozy. In my case I had to work and WiFi didn’t reach the room very well, could be better.

Very good

The location was just perfect, right at the centre, lots of restaurants and stores around. The room was comfortable, bed ok, AC working well, small balcony.

No WiFi in the room. A bit noisy since there is a hotel in front that has some performances in the patio almost every night, but tolerable.

Rooms were spotless, downstairs and cafe fine. Upstairs could do with updating. Could not use air conditioning. After 1st night became ill which i think was due to the air conditioning on wall. People who worked there very friendly especially lady on reception very helpful. Beach just around the corner and hotel central. Good value for money. Food was nice and drinks.

Was very noisy at night due to hotel facing which had loud music every night but stopped at 11.00. Enjoyed stay.

Fantastic

This was a lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent location right in the heart of Cala D'Or.. The staff were amazing and so friendly and so efficient. Our room was cleaned every day. There was a little cafe serving food and drink which was part of the hotel. It was lovely and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about the hotel and we can't wait to go back.

Superb

Breakfast was good. You can order eggs or ham and cheese. The staff was really lovely and helpful.

We were on the second floor and Wi-fi signal was weak. But also they warned us about it. In the common room on the bottom floor is good signal so you can go there. Also one difficulty is there is no elevator.

This was a great location and the staff were super friendly, however I probably wouldn’t stay here again because it was

the staff were very friendly and helpful at all points during the day. the location of the property was wonderful and made for transport within Cala d’or much easier! the AC was great though and beds were comfortable. i really liked that we could book a shuttle to the airport for a reasonable price!

the water pressure was pretty low and the towels were only changed every 2 days which made beach days a bit difficult. we had a couple cockroaches in our room which may be unavoidable, but made the stay less pleasant.

A pleasant stay

The hotel is right in the center of the touristic area, close to all the restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Large rooms equipped with air conditioning and a fan, for a fee you can rent a mini fridge.

The main inconvenience is the noise (whether it is heard from the hallway or from the adjacent rooms, the doors from the balcony or the main entrance being made of wood.) The balcony door was not sealed, the latch being broken. The water pressure in the bathroom sink is low all the time (by design I guess) and the shower also, in the evening.

amazing will come again !

First of all thank you to Miguel and Magdelana at the reception so friendly and welcoming absolutely amazing welcome and nice to speak to, the rooms are small but cozy and has everything you need, also the cleaner did a great job every day !

the reason I gave 9 out of 10 was the bed, the bed just needs a different mattress and it's a 10/10 but it's fine after a day u get used to it will definitely come again thanks again !

Perfect Hotel in Cala Dor

The location is perfect. The beach is only 2 minutes away. And there are parasols at the hotel you can take. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is always friendly and help you with everything. Breakfast is good and you can order different things from the breakfast menu. There are lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets around. The laundry is just opposite the street. It is literally the perfect hotel to stay in Mallorca.

Great location, value for money

great location next to the beach and the restaurant street nice cafeteria serving delicious ice cream possible to rent a fridge for a small fee depending on your preference it is good or bad: if your room is facing the big hotel across the street, you get a free entertainment almost every evening 😂 very friendly and helpful staff, both reception and housekeeping

bed was a bit hard for me, but it is a very individual thing water pressure in the shower is not that great, but OK

Great value for money!

The location is great because you can reach different beaches in 10 mins walking. Cafes, shops, restaurants and markets are all around and you don't need to take public or private transports if you just want to visit Cala d'Or. Anyway, I suggest visiting other "calas", too. The room is cleaned everyday and the staff is very welcoming. The hotel also offers free umbrellas, air mattres and toys to take to the beach.

The breakfast is continental. We had it once but if you're used to sweet/mediterranean breakfast as we are, I would suggest choosing a bakery. Wifi is pretty slow in the room but you can use it in the common areas.

The room was clean, the staff woke up to letting us in, because we arrived afetar 1am. Fair price.

We booked the hotel to take a rest and sleep a little bit to enjoy the next day, but we couldn't. Too much noise from outside and guests talking too loud during all night.
