Very good

Host was very easy to contact with and the apartment was easily reachable. The host provided us free use of the electric car charging and the extender for that.

Sauna did not work and they could not fix it. The apartment itself has seen some better days, it was kinda worn and needs some refreshening.

Very nice stay, apartment has a sauna in!

Apartment itself is very nice, good equipped and it has a sauna! Also, right next to the building there is an aqua park and one can reach sea just by couple of minute walk.

The only minor thing would be that right next to the building there is a walking path. During the silent season it does not cause any trouble, but may be disturbing to have people passing all the time, and be able to glance in during more busy time.

Very good

Great location, spacious apartment and most everything you might need for a short stay. Right next to the seaside and large windows giving a lot of sunlight.

Place needs some refreshing and a proper cleaning (might be that we were there just before that would happen, but still cleanliness was lacking overall). If the property is rented out during "off-season" for Parnu, I would expect it to still be well-maintained and cleaned.

Excellent

Very good place to have a rest in Parnu. Flat is spacious with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sauna in the bathroom. In summertime you can enjoy the terrace and yard. Parkingplace near the flat. Across the street you can enjoy the beech, aquapark, bowling and SPA in the hotel. I really recommend this place.

Everything was excellent, especially the view through the window and sauna after such windy walk near the beach. Support from the host was as fast as it can be possible when we left some things at the property.

Nice location, close to beach, a holiday house with everything

Easy to access and a private parking was available behind the building as well as the entrance. Pickles and fresh eggs were there for us! Close to the beach and waterpark. A nice terracce and all you need for a few days stay.

To compare price to quality definitely recommend

Everything was excellent and met our expectations as we have been visiting the neighbourhood apartments pretty often and they are pretty much all the same. In this particular apartment everything is excellent.

we have troubles only with heating the bedroom as seems there is no central or floor heating or air conditioning there in that room (there is air conditioning in the studio) and it was pretty cool there in the room during the night.

Nice place for family location in Pärnu

Location is perfect to have have ideal family location. It's quite short distance to the beach, restaurants and groceries.

Had minor problems with the building door access system as it was in error state, but this is just a temporary issue most likely. Kitchen was quite worn off and needs some upgrades as the doors were almost falling off.

Very good location

Very clean property. Perfect location. Good sauna. Dishwasher is small, but very good that it is. Bed linen and towels are good.

Aircon is dirty, some dirt flows out of it when aircon is on. Lack of good tableware, frying pan is dead and needs to be replaced. Sunblind on terrace is not working. Internet connection was not stable. Inercom is not working, you cannot open front door to courier, have to go downstairs. It's all about Papli 28-6. If you stay less than a week, it's ok. If you plan to stay longer, discuss all above with the host.
