Everything was perfect, the view was amazing, the location was very good, the room was big and cleaned twice a day, and the service was at a very high level. Special thanks to the manager, an amazing person who thinks about every detail! We felt like home.
If I have to be picky, perhaps the breakfast lacks a bit of variety. The hotel has many varieties of eggs prepared in different ways, but for people who don't like eggs, the choice is not that big. For example, milk with muesli and other healthy and diet foods can be added.

The rooms were stunning, staff were incredibly accommodating and it was in a great location with stunning views. I would give the Bellevue five stars simply for the breakfast alone. Would absolutely recommend.

the staff are outstanding especially Nikos who went above and beyond to deliver unprecedented customer service. The breakfast service was excellent with courteous and efficient service by mr. dimitri and theodorou. the location in Rhodes town is great with easy access to tons of restaurants. the rooms are incredible for a family and the beds extremely comfortable. the swimming pool area is immaculate and comfortable. just a fabulous property overall.

This hotel is exceptional, the suites are large, comfortable and clean but what really makes this hotel is it’s staff. From the welcome on arrival to our departure they were attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Nikos, Dmitri and Theo are wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Katarina the manager is also delightful. Thankyou for making our holiday.

Personel was terrific, they could not have been nicer, and the breakfast delivered to the room sumptuos! The heated pool on the roof was private, with two hour slots. It felt almost hedonistic. The suite with two bedrooms worked for our family perfectly. So happy with our choise of hotel. Extra thanks for the personel once more.

overall we had a very wonderful stay, it seems like I wrote more about what I didn’t like, but these are very small suggestions that would really take it to the next level.
I do want to call out one example of the service level - my husband broke the button on one of the two pairs of shorts he had with them. It’s more of a rivet style, so not something that can be easily fixed with the provided sewing kit in the room. We took them downstairs to ask if they knew of a clothing repair shop nearby, but instead, housekeeping was able to repair the shorts and place them back in our room - really incredible service!
as a tea drinker, I would’ve preferred options apart from Lipton bag tea at such a high-end place.
some things in the room were broken - the speaker and part of one of the showers come to mind.
having a washing machine was fantastic, but it would’ve been nice to have a small drying rack
each bathroom had only one hook, and no hooks elsewhere in the suite - it would be great to have some hooks near the door for hats and bags, and I think 1-2 additional hooks in each bathroom.
the A/C is underpowered, no problem during May but could be rough in, say, July/August

+Our recent stay at Belleview Suites was excellent. They pride themselves on providing the very best service for clients and this they did. The staff were professional and friendly, the rooms spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay. The food was of an extremely high standard and well presented.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. They truly made our stay special.
The hotel was always clean and everything we needed was provided. The kitchen is run by a chef and the restaurant is a-la-carte. We looked forward to breakfast every day!
The location is always quite windy, however once you walk around the corner it’s completely fine. The amazing view more than made up for it.

Lovely boutique style hotel, amazing welcome from the manager who took us through everything. Its a nice touch you can get breakfast in your room for no extra charge. The premium sea view rooms are lovely, amazing views out to see for sunsets and the room is large and modern. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were well kitted out. We only ate breakfast in the hotel as we like to try different places for dinner but it was very nice and had a good selection of local fare.
If I had to be picky as its a lovely hotel a couple of small niggles. There is no full length mirror in the entire room, my wife was getting ready and commented it was unusual and she had to go out to the lift a couple of evenings to use a full length mirror.
The hotel website mentions a 'private' beach but no beaches in Greece are private so not sure why it says that, it also says they have service on the beach for drinks, this is not happening at the moment which could be down to their continued covid precautions which the hotel is being super careful about still (which is a good thing). The rooftop pool area is very small, a thin balcony on the edge large enough for about 2 people toe to toe (not wide enough to get sunbeds next to each other) it is a nice pool though but not open air, it has a roof over it.

Beautiful boutique suite-hotel with amazing sunset- and ocean views. Very smart and comfortable layout and fit-out with perfect solutions for packing everything. Great-sized terrace with optimal shadowing (due to the smart design on the building).

We loved the location, as it is on a quite yet very frequented part of Rhodes city. We stayed on the island before and we found this spot perfect for relaxing as well as going out in town and also reaching different beaches from here was easy.
We will definitely come back!

Loved everything! Right at your arrival you get greeted with absolute kindness and a refreshing welcome drink. I absolutely loved the view of our room. We had indeed a panoramic few and enjoying the breakfast (which was superb!) on the big balcony was really amazing! Also, this hotel is a very small one with only 13 suites. This means, you don't have mass tourism here with people lining up during breakfast time. Quite the opposite, you can enjoy the breakfast either in your room, in the dining area or outside. You'll get a menue to choose from and everything gets freshly prepared for you.
The staff is very welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Shoutout especially to Nikos, Dimitris and Mr. Theodoros!
We even enjoyed some funny Greek sessions! :)
And this running joke goes to Nikos, "Karli nicht da!" ;)
Sometimes the bath smelled a bit (sewerage system), but I think this might be a general issue on the island. It wasn't too bad though. And personally, the pillows were a bit too much filled for my taste. I need flatter ones for my neck.

Menager of hotel should be able to accept critics. The hotel is nice but if you have some special requests, call them to be sure that you will get it, because they claim that they have a problem with booking requests.
