L’évier était bouché. Pour ce prix j’aurai attendu qu’il y ait la salle de bain dans la chambre quand même. Couette qui s’effiloche. A 40 minutes à pied de l’aéroport ça ne justifie pas ce prix

Good location near the airport.

The room is clean and the shared toilets and showers are clean too. For a few nights is good, if you want to have a cheaper option to Basel. There are two options to reach Basel, either the 50 bus from the airport or the french train from Saint-Louis la Chaussée arriving from Mulhouse and going to Basel. Unfortunately the ticket machine is broken, so you have to buy the ticket online.

The arrival from the airport is not clear, so I would suggest the hotel to have a map on the booking.com hotel page, so you can understand how to reach it.

Para una noche cerca del aeropuerto

La cercanía al aeropuerto. Para ir desde el hotel al aeropuerto está mejor indicado, pero para ir desde el aeropuerto al hotel No. Cuando sales de la terminal tienes que ir andando hasta el final del parking y bordearlo,, ya que como está vallado parece que no hay salida, se ven en el final unos tramos de escaleras, 4-5 tramos de unos 6 escalones y ya sale un camino q te lleva directo al hotel. Pasas por un túnel no muy largo y sales a un paso de peatones en la carretera y ya sigues el camino. En algunos puntos está poco iluminado pero con la linterna del móvil está solucionado.

La recepcionista no te hace mucho caso y tenias que buscarte la vida tú. Para entrar con coche tienes que tener un número de localizador, si no lo tienes, tienes que entrar por la puerta de paso estrecha andando y en la puerta del hotel hay que una máquina tipo cajero automático donde con el número de tu reserva pagas con tarjeta tu habitación y te aparece en pantalla el número de habitación y el número para que te abra tanto la puerta de la habitación como la puerta para meter el coche en el aparcamiento. Hazle una foto con el móvil para llevarlo a mano. Hacia frío en la habitación el radiador no estaba encendido, dormimos con el abrigo echado encima del edredón.

The place was pretty disapointing but at least it was cheap and close to the airport.

The room was cheap.

The room had nothing in it, if you wanted a towel you had to pay for it. The room did not have a bathroom. There were only public toilets but without a sink or without any soap to wash your hands with. At least the showers had some soap.

Convenient location and fair price, uncomfortable situation due to lack of air-conditioning.

Reachable from the airport (taxi instead of walking is recommended), kind and helpful staff, fair price.

I can only speak for during the Summer, but at least in my room there was no AC; and the whole building was really hot. And taking a taxi from the airport was cheaper than the hotel-shuttle.

We didn't stay

We paid for the room. After seeing how uncomfortable and hot it would be to stay there, we asked for a refund. We were told to email the owner. I did and have not received a refund. The staff person was friendly and suggested another hotel for us.

For this cheap price I don't expect much, so in general it was ok. But what I didn't like was that the mattress was super slippery on the bed. So you couldn't sit on the bed without the whole mattress sliding down.

Don't stay here! Hugely overpriced as it's a v.cheap hostel not a hotel.

Walking from airport not easy; staff member said 'it was obvious' when it wasn't. Front gate not accessible (unless you know, you have to check in first), whereas side gate permanently open, driveway up to property unlit (v.dark). Electronic sign in, not obvious (however staff member was there 24/7). We were there on a hot day, no AC or ventilation apart from window (no fly screen and obviously not soundproof then) whereas others were gathered on grass outside to keep cool. Skylight above stairwell was not opened and we were on top floor which collected heat from the building. If you have hold luggage there is no elevator. Table in room (not dining as claimed!). Hugely overpriced considering it's more like a v.cheap hostel with the worst attitude. See picture attached of windows open to gain fresh air. The positive reviews seem fake.

Perfect for a stay between flights

Close to the airport. Very friendly staff, happy to help with late check-in and carrying luggage up the stairs. Room was very pretty and bed was really comfortable and big. The sink in the room was really nice to have.

Difficult to get to the hotel from the airport at night. On the way back to the airport the path was quite clear, but it would have been really nice to have clear instructions on how to get there from the airport on foot, especially since the way there is really poorly lit. Google maps is not always reliable.

Do not go there

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast and the toilets were clean.

They add fees to everything. For example, I was checking in and they told me if I wanted breakfast, but because I wasn't sure if I had enough on my card for that I said no, but after 2 minutes that I checked that I have the 3.50 they asked for but after I told them that I changed my mind they told me that now the price has gone up to 6 euros. Imagine as a company to treat people like that. Also please be careful, they did not let me know until I checked in that I have to pay 5-10 euros just to do a late check out (the max late you can go is 4pm...)

No chance to walk to airport despite staff telling me it was easy. No signs to and from hotel. No towels. Room ice-cold. Noisy rooms. No lift. Thin blankets, completely insufficient. Who knows what a tandem room is? It's a room without toilet and bath. Only a sink, which was blocked. No soap , no nothing. I chose this "hotel" because it is close to the airport. That the staff let me go out in this chaotic wilderness is due to total ignorance... or it's criminal. I travel a lot,and I usually don't comment hotels, but this was horrendous. This is no hotel, this is a hostel at best. A hostel which looks like a correction center .
