Would book this resort again!

Service was fabulous! Super clean! And mega staff! Signatur Swimup room was precisely the way to go! Loved it!

A clearer differentiation between AI and AI+ would have been helpful! If you are as picky as we are with food, one can still find a decent selection of food to enjoy!

Wouldn’t return,

The location is great. Our maid was very lovely and helpful.

The food wasn’t great at all. Struggled most evenings to be honest,it was so bland. Room very small

Worst night ever

Nothing at all. It was a shame they cost 157€ a room like that.

Service was too bad. We arrive at the hotel around 23.00. The person there was rude and ironic. They gave us a room like it is for the room for the service.

An enjoyable holiday in a generally good hotel with some lovely rooms, but scope to make it better

Sea view swim up (signature) room was great. Very new, well appointed and comfortable, though a little small and cramped. Service throughout was excellent with a genuinely friendly and polite manor. Food and drink good and varied.

The Tasia website clearly states for this room ‘priority’ early and late checkout but there seems to no more priority for this level of room than any other. In fact, the staff stated it was priority subject to availability which gives no confidence to book on the expectation that you will get priority. In fact there is less chance as only a few of this type of room. It’s a misleading statement. There was no opportunity to have a smoke free environment in any outdoor area. People go to holiday resorts to be outside and should have the ability to enjoy that smoke free. It was particularly annoying from adjacent balconies which also had quite a bit of speakerphone noise. Though not the fault of the hotel, they could encourage people to be more respectful and considerate in this matter when their habits clearly affect others. Also music from the main bar and from pool bar - both ok on their own but frequently clashed with each other when heard from swimup balcony rooms. Just one or the other would be fine but not both! Only one bottle of water for whole stay is a bit mean! They are very cheap in supermarkets across the road, but would have been nice if provided - it’s a basic necessity. Also no shower gel unless requested. Signature rooms are very nice and do have good sea views of the blue water there. Website needs better photos of these new rooms as they are worth it despite the above comments, but attention to these would make this place even better.

Clean. Good WiFi. Food was also ok.

A lot of noise from guests and not just for 1 day but for all the 7 days we stayed there. The walls are also very thin and you can hear every movement from your neighbors rooms

Lovely hotel, would definitely stay again.

The hotel was modern and stylish. Nice dining room and lovely pool. The staff picked up that it was my birthday and I came back to a bottle of bubbly and a card in the room.

by the pool area that i was sitting for lunch , a waitress named Roxana asked me to put on my t-shirt, that was very unpleasant. by the way , other people was there women and men without t-shirts

Excellently located at one of the best beaches in Ayia Napa. Facilities were marvelous. Very helpful stuff and a rich full breakfast buffet. Would definitely revisit.

Room (de luxe wing) Yianna at the reception does excellebt work with Cyprus hospitality.

All inclusive customers leave plastic glasses all over the place around the swimming pool.

Excellent would go again

Location was excellent, pool clean and food had a vast diversity and something for everyone. The room was an excellent size and comfy double bed.

Although it was next to a new building been built the noise was minimal. The entertainment could of been a bit better but was OK with a short stay.

Very well presented hotel with lots of facilities large room with large bathroom tastefully decorated. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. Plenty of sunbeds

Prices for drinks were very expensive €7.15 for a pint and a soft drink and service was slow.

location right on a beautiful beach and clean. gardens and pool surroundings were very beautiful, modern facilities, appealing spa area, comfortable mattresses, sufficient food variety.

indoor pool was freezing staff seemed to be a little unorganized showers in rooms can get the bathroom flooded minor improvements needed for a very good 4*
