Les plus mauvaises vacances de ma vie.

La proximité de la plage

Le bruit continu dans la résidence et à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. Les mauvaises odeurs dans le logement. La moisissure au plafond dans la salle de bain. Et surtout le fait qu'il puisse y avoir des bagarres dans les logements sans intervention du personnel de l'établissement et ce jusqu'à ce que la police, les pompiers interviennent jusqu'à 5 heures du matin, 2 soirs d'affilés et nous n'avons eu aucunes excuses ou gestes commerciales des responsables de l'établissement. Les camions poubelles passent à 2 heures du matin.

Great family stay

The location was very good, near the beach and the supermarket on the next block was very convenient. The swimming pool was big and nice.

The beach in this area is not very kids friendly because it is too deep right next to the shore.

Séjour non reposant car voisinage très bruyant jusqu’à 4h du matin et température trop chaude car pas de climatisation

La piscine et proximité avec la plage propre et agréable,les commerces de nécessité

Établissement bruyant, vétuste, difficulté pour stationner, pas de climatisation, la connection wifi qui était déplorable.

Bonjour on a vecu les mauvais moments l’appartement rempli de punaise ils ont traité une fois après j’ai leur demandé monsieur ALI il me dit attends la personne qui s’occupe va venir et fait semblant de téléphoner deux fois j’attends 30 minutes ça j’ai laissé tombé il veut pas nous changer l’appartement en plus j’ai beaucoup de photos qui montrent les punaises dans les chambres et la porte principale de l’appartement

Apartamento con entrada tardia

En general todo está muy bien, las habitaciones cómodas, buena terraza, buena piscina. Al finalizar estancia te obsequian con un regalito .

Pues no me gustó nada que tuviera que entrar en la habitación a partir de las 17 , llevo tres niños y necesitan ducha y descanso, en ningún apartamento u hotel me han dado las llaves tan tarde, como máximo a las 14. Eso sí el check out como siempre. No entiendo cómo en ocho horas no se puede tener listo el alojamiento. El precio tampoco es económico,solo las circunstancias me han llevado allí.

Me encanta ir con la familia, fuero nuestras segundas vacaciones en el apartamento, y nos gusta mucho, la pasamos super

Me gusta la ubicación tienes todo a mano, estás cerca de l playa y centro.

Appartement très propre, accueillant, bien équipé, des petits présents de bienvenue et même de départ très appréciables, personnels souriants et aimables, hôtel bien adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap, piscine propre et bien pour une famille avec des enfants ...

Plus d'ustensiles de cuisine, pour un appartement pour 5 on n'avait pas assez d équipements pour faire à manger comme à la maison, pour des repas rapides et en petite quantité oui!

Lo recomiendo.

Relación calidad precio, está muy bien. Está cerca del centro y en una zona tranquila. Hay un mercadona al lado, lo que es genial para comprar lo que te hace falta. Las instalaciones estaban limpias. Como fuimos en marzo, la piscina no estaba abierta, pero era grande y tenía muy buena pinta. Sin duda muy recomendable para aquellas personas que viajan con niños o buscan ahorrar en comidas.

Por poner alguna pega. No había gel de ducha, ni friega platos.

Good

We liked that the apartments were close to the sea. Literally 5 min walk with kids. They have three buildings with elevators, swimming pool in the indoor yard. We used it once, we prefer the sea. One big supermarket next door, where you can buy groceries. In the apartments there's a kitchen with a big fridge, which is also a big plus for the familly with 3 or more kids. Each apartment has a balcony or terrase. Our apartment had two bedrooms and one living room with kitchen. One of the bedrooms had a safe, it was convinient. The staff was very friendly and always helpful!

We didn't like that there's no AC in apartments, but they provide each room with fans, which was not a problem in the end. Also, free wi-fi was not properly working (in our part)

Lovely family stay at Europa Apartments

Apartment was clean and spacious..Staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool tables.lovely big swimming pool .Value for money..Comfortable stay.

Thought the pool bar was open ,It was disappointing to find out it was closed. Would have been more of an atmosphere if there was music and a bar area.,but we didn't mind at all.

Lots of sun beds and umbrellas. Kids loved playing on the pool table. Complex was very safe and quiet at night. Staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was very big. Big supermarket just across the road

Hassle free family holiday fun with teens.

Just returned from a week at these apartments and they were a great base for exploring the Costa Brava. Staff were really friendly and attentive and sorted out anything we needed efficiently. Ali was very helpful on reception and the cleaning/maintenance staff worked really hard to keep the pool area, apartments and public areas clean. Lots of French and Spanish guest of all ages. Plenty of sunbeds, good pool and relaxed feel to the apartments. Bonus was great supermarket right next door with everything we needed. 5 mins walk to nearest beach which was fantastic for a morning dip and super clean. Lots of restaurants in Blanes but our favourite was Sa Classic - pizza restaurant in beautiful old building. We were 2 families with had 5 teenagers with us who had a great holiday.

The location was good particularly the proximity to 2 large supermarkets (Mercadona & Consum). Beach approx 5 mins walk.

I booked a "Pool view apt", checked in without being told that I was not getting a Pool view. I only found out on going into the room. I complained immediately as the room I got was a noisy "city view". I was given a poor explanation about bring overbooked and that I would be given the next available pool view appartment.. The city view is very noisy at night with traffic and the Bin lorry emptying bins anytime from 11:45pm to 03:30am and you have no choice but to leave windows open when it is hot which is the very reason why I booked the Pool view. I never got the apartment change, I got refunded the difference but was made feel that they were doing me a favour. I booked for 3 people there were only towels for 2 and no sheets for the sofa bed. I asked twice on the evening of arrival and a further 2 times and eventually received all late afternoon on the day after arrival. The apartments badly need updating, one plug in the kitchen to operate kettle, toaster, microwave. The sink mixer tap was very loose on the verge of coming off. Bathroom was the worst, tiling around the bath discoloured and even worse was the non slip tiling in the bath. It was very dirty looking. The pool bar is non existent. I paid my €150 damage deposit by bank card and having left the apartment 24 hrs ago I am still awaiting return.
