The right hotel as a base to trips around the northern part of Israel.

Staff was professional and helpful It was clean. Breakfast was superb

Exactly what I needed for the night. Great staff and pleasant environment.

just like in the photos, clean, bright and airy. fabulous location and the staff were really friendly and polite. Israeli breakfast was fresh and delicious and they had vegan options for my son.

Bad hotel. Do not recommend it. Only plus point was very good breakfast included in price.p

Our room was not cleaned and when I spoke to Manager he replied "Travel Hotel does not clean room when you only stay two nights I replied this was unheard of in Europe and he replied this was normal and accepted hotel procedure in Israel. Our towels were then changed but our bathroom remained dirty and beds unmade!!

Good value, clean and friendly. Recommended!

Clean and efficient. Well-located. Nice staff. Eager to please.

A few small maintenance issues in room which I’m sure will be remedied immediately. Shower switch to change from handheld to shower head could not be found. Using handheld was very messy since shower area is not fully enclosed. Not a huge deal.

The perfect location, excellent staff, terrific indivdual breakfast prepared per guests request. A wonderful vacation experience, staff gave us daily tips about places and venues to visit every day. Can't wait for our next visit to Metula!

Nice location, but could use some upkeeping, and better beds and pillows

The location, the view, the staff, and breakfast was very nice

Beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The room was smelly, and the door to the bathroom was in bad shape.

Highly recommended: Metulla gem

Extremely lovely staff. Made you feel valued as a guest instead of just another paying costumer. Comfortable room and a cute little balcony with a view towards the border hills. Breakfast was delightful. Excellent location within the main street of Metulla and close to local restaurants/grocery store. We were given great tips by Moshe (front desk) regarding trip options and sights in the area and he was always willing to help out. Highly recommended.

Gem of a hotel

Friendliness of the staff, offered plenty of information about the surrounding area. Spacious, clean rooms overlooking Lebanon. Very fresh feeling about the hotel and lovely garden to chill out. Breakfast was spot on.

Very good

A big room, with most of what I needed in them. Great staff, good vibes and happy to help. A very good and healthy breakfast. The most important thing is that I'd visit here again.

Breakfast does not start early enough. 0730/0800 to start breakfast is late when you have a busy day ahead. The alternative of getting a packed meal early wasn't a good enough alternative. Shower was very clean overall, but there was some mold/rust that i wouldn't expect to see on an establishment like this.
