Great friendly pub with great food.

Great proper village pub with very attentive staff. Food was both generous & tasty. Nice choice of real ales.

Bed was a bit squishy for me.

Great overnight stop on long journey home.

Beautiful location and friendly staff, good menu choices and service was excellent. Breakfast freshly cooked and plentiful. Room overlooking the river but not noisy, a good night's sleep.

The bedroom 1 had a green emergency escape light in the room. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep.

Excellent in every way

Excellent in every way. We particularly liked the friendly welcome and delightful atmosphere, the delicious and imaginative dinners, the comfortable bed and spacious bedroom, the particularly nice toiletries and the location .

In an ideal world there would be a bigger choice of guest ales and a non-slip shower mat - the floor of the cubicle is quite slippery when wet.

lovely stay. eat in the restaurant in the evening.my husbands meal was beautiful and so tasty. I ordered fish and chips

Great value for money, food was first class. Easy to get to plenty of parking. Lovely and warm cosy. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

What a little gem of a place , loved it . wish I lived closer

loved this place . The staff were fantastic throughout . The decor and furnishings were perfect . Lits of covered outside space for the summer and lovely log fires for beating the cold , cosy and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean , very comfortable and quiet . The food both at dinner and breakfast was simply superb . Couldn’t fault this place , can’t wait to visit again

Don't pass up a night here

Beautiful clean room , comfy bed and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Staff are exceptional and made us feel really welcome. Food was yummy in the restaurant, and we had a full breakfast before our trip home to Scotland. We would definitely stay again.

our only problem was we only had one night !!! we had travelled for our 25th anniversary . please don't hesitate to book this lovely htel

Lovely cosy bar and dining area. Very newly fitted room, very clean and comfortable. Attentive and helpful staff, felt very welcome.

The emergency lighting in the room was shining bright green all night.

Very friendly helpful staff. Zoe was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.

We were attending a wedding in Newcastle Emlyn, so the hotel was a little further out than we hoped.

Amazing rooms and food

I have stayed here three times now whilst working in the area. The Food is always amazing, the Staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

Cute & cosy, with fabulous staff & excellent food

Everything! there was nothing to dislike and the food was exceptional. We required a very early start and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had breakfast to take away.

Friendly inobtrusive service, Owners work long hours between the accommodation and superb Pub/ Restaurant. The whole place is kept very clean, staff wear masks and sanitisation for hands is available. The Nags is in a beautiful country location, ideal for relaxation but accessible by car to local amenities.Nothing to fault, thanks to all the team.

Would definitely stay here again.

Super happy with our stay this weekend at the Nags Head Inn, staff were super helpful and so friendly, our room was super clean and comfortable. Food was amazing! Super nice and presentation was amazing too, staff asked if we needed a table for food on both nights to ensure we had somewhere to eat. Breakfast was also very nice and staff were accommodative to all needs. Would definitely come back again.
