Lovely apartment in excellent location

Great location, nice apartment with everything you need, including a rooftop terrace. Great communication from the owner/manager.

Glad we chose it for our 2 nights in Ortigia

Comfortable bed with quality bed linen Roof terrace which, once the wind dropped, was a lovely place to relax with a drink

No public transport close by - seasonal shuttle not running Limited space to relax in the studio, mitigated by being able to use the roof terrace

Perfect location and comfort

Suite 1 was on the ground floor and easy to access with such clear information from the host. Lovely set up and very nicely presented with all the comforts of home. Wonderful location for exploring Oritiga by foot. The best way to see everything and get lost in its beauty. .

We should have stayed longer!

Ortigia is beautiful, and staying in this apartment made it extra special.

Apartment was very modern, well designed with great facilities all round. It is on a beautiful, quiet street, a very short walk from the sea and the centre of the town, with restaurants and bars around the corner. we loved it.

For us, it was perfect.

Good located Apartment in Ortigia

The Apartment is very good located in Ortigia and its just a few minutes from the beach and where a lot of the restaurants are.

The other apartments we had here on sicily were a bit more clean, concerning the bathroom. It smelled a little bit like sink and it wasnt that good vacuumed. But the rest of the areas were ok.

unforgettable stay in the heart of Ortigia

we liked that it is located in the centre. surprisingly quiet despite the location. everything is near - tavernas, bars, shops, main churches, attractions, even the beach few steps away is nice! the apartment has everything we needed for a perfect stay. the only little minus would be the temperature- it was really hot and difficult to cool down at night (apartment has wonderful terrace, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it because it was too hot). anyway we enjoyed every moment in the apartment! but… the best of everything about this apartment is the host - Marco is amazing, very kind, professional, always prepared for help and suggestions. we will come back, that’s for sure!

Fantastic stay in a comfy apartment right near the centre of Ortigia.

Apartment was perfectly position down a quiet street but very near to the centre of Ortigia. Parking & luggage drop was managed very well by the representative who was very communicative and helpful.

Comfortable apartment in charming Ortigia

We had a really nice stay in this apartment. Good communication with host Marco via Whats app. At arrival there was cold drinks and snacks. We also liked the coffe machine AC and wifi working well. The location in a little street in Ortigia was fantastic, very close to the Castillo. We had a swim every day at a little beach close by. We can recommend this apartment. Some small suggestions to make it even better: * Sharper knife in the kitchen * Make up mirror in the bathroom

Kitchen and bath room a bit small. Spiral staircase to top floor very steep and narrow. No smoke detector/alarm.

We stayed in the Studio apartment for 3 nights. Very modern, great little kitchen and fridge. It even includes a nice rooftop terrace. Loved our stay here everything was perfect 😀

A place to come back in Ortigia

Very pleasant apartment located on a quite street but also in the heart of Ortigia. A large clean room equipped with all needed staff including a coffee that cheered my mornings. very close to the restaurant area and historical center. The host of the house was involved and sent us the the instruction needed in time to have a nice stay , including a very useful parking card Cheeper than the public one.

Marco was a very helpful, accommodating host; very comfortable stay.

Great location. Easy check-in/access. Best bed ever! Nice terrace. We were pleased that the apartment was cleaned half way through our stay.

Tiny spiral staircase to bedroom. Bathroom not on the same floor as the bedroom.

Wonderful experience

Location is simply amazing: in Ortigia, close to via Roma and 2 minutes from Cala Rossa Apartment is cosy and with a lot of nice surprises Marco, the owner is very welcoming

Great stay

Before arriving you get very clear instructions from Marco and help with the local regulations (ZTL, parking...). The studio is really clean, calm and you have a nice terrasse at your disposal. You also get good advice regarding the restaurant and places to have a drink All good !

Very good

Great location, very clean and tidy apartments. With a nice shared terrace on the top of the apartments. The host was really helpful, and we ate a two great restaurants from his recommendations!

Hygge location! (Koselig og god plassering)

The apartment is in an exceptional position, is tastefully furnished and renovated, has many amenities and a priceless terrace between the roofs. From there, we observed the stars with a cup of tea, and enjoy breakfast with sun. Marco is a careful host, always available and helpful; in the house there's many informations about what to do and visit, or where get a lunch/dinner. Our toddler loved the spiral staircase and we, the friendly alleys of Ortigia with little restaurants and incredible corners. We really recommend this little "jewel house".
