Perfect stay in Unawatuna

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious rooms, perfect location and friendly staff. It was a really calm environment but still closed to the beach.

good quiet guest house near the beach

-very quiet and nice location near the main street, - big room, - good furniture, - friendly stuff, - green terraces with lots of birds and animals. Like is jungle:)

- wi-fi connection is not so good and have a limit, - problems with electricity, - there’s a bit dark in the room

Very good

Wonderful location not far from the beach and in the most touristic place, Unawatuna. There are lots of little shops around. Staff is very pleasant, and generally villa is so authentic. Recommended.

What I liked about this place was our balcony in deluxe room. Really big and with the nice view on the garden and some rock. Also the place is quite, though has great location. There is a good a/c and some bathroom staff also. The room is really big

The hotel is older than it looks on the pictures. I don't like that the room has so much light, i mean in the morning it's not dark at all. Very bad wifi. Also it seemed to me not very clean. The staff was not enough friendly

I think it is the best place to stay in Unawatuna! Amazing location! so calm and beautiful place

there is no any place to hang ur clothes. maybe one little wardrobe or any hanger could be added to 28meters room.

Very good

Spacious and clean rooms with good aircon. Huge bonus having the generator for the evenings during the power cuts. Good location in Unawatuna, short walk to beach and lots of restaurants/shops

Great value for money if you want luxury accommodation and privacy!

The rooms are enormous and look very new. Super comfy beds and pillows and lovely balcony’s. Great bathroom. You are on the beach road so very easy access to everything but tucked away slightly so no noise.

No real communal area but very close to cafes.

The most beautiful place we stayed on Sri Lanka. Perfect location - close to the Beach and Restaurants but also very quiet and comfy. Room was spacious and the bed was amazing.

WiFi could work better. We also wish the manager more smile, you can be proud of such a place!

felt myself as a President in upper number , they even had a jakuzzi on the huge balcony , even I didn’t used it , it wa

Rooms are quiet and spacious. Villa has a nice, peaceful garden with little chipmunks. Cleaning service was provided. We had a nice vacation here.

Booking doesn't show clearly what kind of room you book. I thought we booked a room on a second floor with balcony, but when we got room on a first floor, which doesn't have windows, only a glass door. Two rooms on the first floor were avaible at the moment - one was terrible, didn't look like on picture as it was old and also with mold smell in it. Another one was nice. So it depends on luck will you have a nice room avaible or not. Nice that host gave us a choise.

Quiet, green and clean.

Location is very central to all the attractions and the beach and despite that surprisingly quiet. Very new, clean and chill. With a lot of greenery and wildlife around.

The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms.

the location of the villa was excellent about 300 meters from the beach . the rooms were very big big bath rooms and had a nice balcony and a terrace.

Exceptional

The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful. They provided us also some mosquito spray. We stayed in a bungalow and the room was clean.
