Le cocoon au sang chaud!

Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Les gérants sont de belles personnes bienveillantes, chaleureuses, réactives et attachantes. Nous sommes restées bloqués une nuit de plus à cause de la meide et de la fermeture de la frontière française. Nous ne regrettons pas. Cette famille souriante nous a rassuré, chouchouté et conseillé. La literie est parfaite, les commodités et la chambre sont fonctionnelles. L'hôtel est très bien situé non loin d'un parking souterrain. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la décoration correspondant à leurs origines est chaleureuse...Sans parler du restaurant attenant: un menu original avec des gens sympas aux petits soins! À faire ou refaire sans hésitation!! Une entreprise familiale comme on les aime avec de vraies personnes empathiques et professionnelles..

Rien mis part avoir déneigé ma voiture car 1ère neige très abondante! 😂😉 On aura au moins du sport.

Nice location but snow conditions poor

Handy location 100m from slopes with ski lockers available

No parking at hotel though a public car park for 20Euros a day was available 8mins walk away.

Great little hotel, fantastic staff, very, very clean, great location ... we will return!

The hotel is basic, I came with my two teenage sons, to ski and socialise, not 'hang out' in the hotel! The hotel is family run and the staff could not do more for you. Very clean, central location near the chairlifts and night life ....... perfect! Breakfast was varied and plentiful, again basic but provided the fuel you need for a day on the slopes! Restaurant attached to the hotel is very good, a challenge to eat everything they throw at you. None of us finished the food, incredible volume and good quality.

If you are looking for comfort and spend a lot of time in your hotel the facilities are very limited.

Staff were really friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Good

Location: great location with few minutes walks to slopes, shops and bars/restaurants. Everything at your doorstep. Breakfast: continental, fresh bread, eggs, 4 varieties of cereal, yogurts and fruit. Coffee very good quality. Room: room was clean, in fact cleaned every day. Towels good, bed comfortable. Even provided some toiletries Staff: very helpful reception and bar staff. Yes, there is bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Super helpful restaurant staff. We had some drinks few nights there and were always very looked after.

Please note that we are not fussy travelers, we knew what we were getting for the money we paid. BUT! Noise: this is the biggest issue for the hotel. During our stay there was large group of men with kids - all from UK. As they said themselves there was 36 of them. They were very loud and spent late nights drinking in the rooms. Rooms are not soundproof at all. Most nights we were awaken by loud banging sounds as they were trying to get into other rooms. One night we heard staff coming over and trying to shush them.
