Authentic Bed & Breakfast in a charming historic home on the lake

Historic and charming B&B. Felt just like visiting friends. The location and views are lovely. The rooms are spacious. Owners are lovely and hospitable.

The walls are a bit thin, so be cautious of voices carrying. Plan for parking and food.

Quiet and relaxing in a stunning location with an amazing host

This is such a hidden gem I don’t want to tell people about it!! Franco and his wife are super friendly. Franco has transformed his home into 4 stunning rooms and a beautiful seating area with views across fields and to Lake Garda. The lake itself is a short walk, even shorter drive. The B&B is located in a very quiet village but with all the amenities you need nearby. Breakfast is good, with fresh produce and gluten free options, self served in a room with views of the lake. Our room was really big, with a nice lounge area and tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Our bed was big. The bathroom was very modern. We used the spa which was 40 euros for the two of us for two hours and gave us access to the hydro shower and sauna for two hours of quiet and bliss.

There is nothing that could be better. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Very good

Beautiful location in old village. Breakfast outdoors in courtyard under Olive tree. Views down to lake across a plain. Safe parking.

The Blue room was beautifully done but a little dark for my taste, but was very restful and we only stayed one night. You can plan ahead by asking for the room you like.

Good choice, if you have a car

Very nice view, friendly hosts, breakfast is the best we have had.

Not a fan of old locks, very hard to lock/unlock when the key fiddles around. Very stricts rules for the usage of the hot tub, you feel like there is lack of trust from the owner if you washed yourself before going in or not.

Exceptional

We loved the warm and genuine hospitality they gave us right from our arrival. It felt like being home, a very relaxing one and with a splendid view of Manerba and part of the Garda Lake. Our very knowledgeable hosts gave us all the info about the places we wanted to visit. And the private spa was perfect to relax a bit more. We hope to come back soon.

View, breakfast & Franco the host are all absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The location without a car (our own mistake) made it a challenge at times. However that created its own adventures.

Superb

Property offers amazing views of the lake and mountains, is very neat, territory is taken care of to the details, hosts are super friendly. Spa room is a wonderful addition.

The only unfortunate thing is that the rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear somebody talking or laughing a bit loudly next door.

Lovely, quiet, calm atmosphere with most heartwarming owners - perfect honeymoon

Franco, Francesco and Paola were just super nice, always helpful! We got the best tips for restaurants and activities one could wish for! Room was super spacious with fridge inside!

Location of the facility is great and the view from the terrace is amazing. Besides the open air area there is also a glazed part of the terrace we used daily to relax and admire the lake during sunsets. Breakfast was delicious, scrambled eggs with bacon, toasts, tomatoes with olive oil, few diffrent cheeses and hams, great coffee and tea served in a beautiful breakfast room (wine cellar). The SPA area is very nice and offers hot and steam sauna (paid extra). Our room was clean and nicely furnished, all rooms are staged in certain way with diffrent color pallets. The area where the property is located has the Italian feeling with antique buildings and narrow streets. The owner of the property was very polite and helpful, he gave us lots of useful tips what we should see and when is the best time to go there (certain locations are very crowded over the weekends) - it was extremely nice of him. We didn't experience any communication barrier, the owner speaks good English. It's a B&B nonetheless offers a lot and we fully recommend this place.

Unexperienced driver may have problems to park in the parking area, but it's not related to the apartment itself it's just the charm of small Italian towns.

Gorgeous house with lovely atmosphere :)

The warm hospitality is excellent and we felt very comfortable. Great breakfast and amazing view. We loved every detail of the house and our stay.
